Our go to place when we're on the go. Great subs and great service. I like doing mobile orders and even as a customer who's there for pick up. Team welcomes you with a smile. The consistency and quality is to expectations. Great customer service. There's plenty of seating and it's not dirty! Makes it even better.

Service was horrible ordered my food from home while I was finishing washing clothes, then drove about 10 minutes to go grab my food and it wasn't ready, then waited for another 30 minutes to get my food while watching people come in and make it to the front of the line before I even got my food, this location is horrible I should've just stood in line and ordered my food.

Honestly, this place needs to pick up the slack on customer service. Have ordered here several times because of the curbside convenience, but it's never brought out to me. I sit in the car for at least 20+ minutes every time (only because I have the patience to do so), before giving up and going inside to pick up my order. Lo and behold, it's just sitting there getting cold. What's the point of offering curbside then? Please discuss with your employees the importance of being punctual and providing at least the bare minimum customer service, as it seems like this location heavily needs it.

I can't take it anymore!!! We order from this location several times a month, but their service is just the worst. You stand there and no one will even make eye contact with you. 90% of the time the order is not ready in the time frame given. I've tried to be patient and give them a chance, but I'm over it. It is not that hard to make your customers feel like you value their business.

So disappointing. I love jersey mikes and this place is horrible. The workers were constantly messing around and everything (kitchen area) was SUPER messy. My hubby and I order the same thing every time- number 8 and #64. Each place we've gone too the workers make it so delicious. This location, my sandwich had no flavor, they didn't even ask if I wanted to add anything else to it. Was just disappointed overall.

This location is a disaster. I've never seen a dirtier food prep area. I walked out. If you are a fan of food poisoning, this is your place.

Store owner never responded to 2 customer service complaints about the same issue.Main customer service office said store owner had to respond.I never received a response after two tries.I won't be going back.

I will say this place is really good as long as you order it in person. If you get delivery from this store, don't expect your order to be right. Multiple times I've ordered through the jersey mikes app and my order is wrong.

I placed an order online for 2 sandwich's and 2 bags of chips, ready by 11:30 am I think. I arrived at the time it was suppose to be ready but I did end up waiting about 20 minutes or so for my order. There were 4 employees working very hard. The line to order inside the restaurant was pretty long and only got longer as I waited. even though I had to wait, the employees stayed calm and carried on, working hard! the manager was trying keep up and was doing a great job. It seemed that she also had 2 trainees that she was overseeing and correcting them on little things that may make a big difference! The sandwich's were fresh and delicious, worth the wait!

I submitted a customer service complaint after my sandwich was made the opposite from the way I ordered it (adding extra mustard instead of NO mustard as I ordered on their App). I even put no mustard in the notes. But this was the 2nd time they read my notes completely wrong, so I made a customer service complaint asking for enough points for a replacement sandwich. I didn't have a response from the store owner, even after I submitted a 2nd complaint. The main office responded on the 2nd complaint and said the store owner had to address the issue. But no response from the store. I won't be going back to that location!!

Yummy!! I always order # 9 Mike's way on white, extra bacon. I sometimes change it up by adding a different cheese or more meat. Always extra bacon you can never go wrong with extra bacon The server is always friendly and the time I go there's no long lines. It's always quiet, which I love! It allows for faster service and they can hear me correctly when I place my order.

Ordered online for pick up and order wasn't even started but the time it told us to pick up. The man at the front was incredibly rude and we waited an additional 15 minutes for our food.There were 3 people working and no one inside. No reason the order shouldn't have been ready and never an excuse to be rude to customers. Very disappointed with the service today.
