The subs at Jersey Mike’s were fresh and tasty, and the staff were friendly. My order was prepared fairly quickly, but it wasn’t quite perfect this time—some ingredients were a little unevenly distributed. Still a solid spot for a good sandwich, and I’d return.

Food is good. The short slightly overweight lady is pretty combative and rude. I wouldn’t have her near where you ask for tips. It affects the others who have a good attitude. So managers know this was 11:20 am 6/24

Third time ordering a sandwich from this store asking for no mayonnaise and they put extra mayo, seems like it’s being done on purpose. And speaking to the manager is useless because there is ”nothing she can do” and she has “no control” because her store gets “so busy”.

Today I didn't get to enjoy my Jersey Mike's salad much because the container was delivered by Uber Eats and it was upside down in the bag, and all the dressing spilled out to the bottom of the bag. Anyway, my 2 stars are because they said delivery would take 40 minutes, and it arrived in 18 minutes. (Sub in bowl + Soda + cheap $ 33.- so expense and praised

The 3 guys working here literally make us dread going in but we love the relish so much we preserve. These guys clearly hate their customers and can't stand their jobs and I get it but why punish my sandwich and drench it in oil ? Literally drenched.

This if just to inform management about our experience here in this location @ 736 S Main Street Orange 92868. I want to start by suggesting management to properly train your employees in at least decent costumer service, not only didn't we get greeted once we enter the establishment but non of the employees had the common courtesy to at least answer back when I greeted them. Once they took my order I honestly felt like if I was begging for them to prepare my sandwich for every thank you I gave them I got zero response and that it's simply not right. Our sandwiches where made sloppy with out a ounce of care. To trying to find a table to sit on that was not filthy was the next challenge, they were playing foul language music super loud from the kitchen with out a care knowing that their were children in the dining room. Overall it was such a disappointment and i simply don't see myself returning. Hopefully this message doesn't go in vain and it's actually used as constructive criticism. Thank you
