Food was horrible. Meat was hard and tasted like plastic. Barely put any fries and I paid for a combo that was $15, for just a plain cheeseburger with literally no fries and a drink. Will never come back here again

Food was amazing but the service was terrible. The cashier was not friendly at all and then it took 45 minutes to get my food. I went to go tell the lady how long it had been and she forgot to give the cook my order. Even after the long wait, they forgot to put relish and onions on my hotdog like I asked.

The food was delicious, the cooks are nice women But you have a problem with a cashier(young girl with brown hair). she is not very friendly, reluctantly answers questions and periodically makes not very pleasant facial expressions to customers The food is delicious, but because of it, I don’t know if I want to come back here again
Got my order wrong, forgot to give knife when I asked for it at cashier, and employee gave attitude when I asked for a knife that they should've given at the beginning. Hot dogs aren't that big relative to the price either. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger combo. When I went to get my order they ask for the receipt and keep it. Once I sat down at my table I realized the burger had no bacon. I went up to tell the lady but since I had no receipt so there was no evidence to back me up. Disappointed.

Had the Route66 and..... well. Grilled onions on cheddar. Super buttered up bun. My wife had the double cheddar bacon burger. Now that is a burger. It was really good. Made my taste like cardboard. My wife always makes the better decisions.Even after paying 45 bucks for 3 simple combos, they charge extra for ketchup, bbq, ranch.

We had a very bad experience at this place. Staff was very rude. We ordered vegetarian burgers and sandwiches and told them clearly we want only veggies in the burgers and sandwiches, not any kind of meat. But they added Bacon in our food. The lady who was handling the cash register and taking orders completely refuse to replace our order and started ignoring us. Her name is Venessa. She was so rude. Never thought we had to go through all this. I will never go back there again. I will give double 00 to this place.
I went with my daughter to get a hot dog, I asked to add chopped tomatoes on the hot dog cashier denied to do so. How hard is to add chopped tomatoes to a hot dog. Sometimes isn’t good idea to lose a costumer over something very easy to make.

Love the atmosphere here at Johnny's Rockets. Founded on Melrose Avenue back in 1986, this recreation of a 1940s-vintage malt shop has been churning out some seriously tasty burgers & fries ever since.The food here is nothing but consistent & with 320 locations worldwide, including a handful onboard Royal Caribbean's fleet of mega-liners, it's ultimately what you would expect from a modern burger chain.It's hard to argue with a $1.00 Hot Dog, in fact I'm yet to meet a hot dog I didn't love.... except IKEA's, winner of the worst encased meats in the world!Don't feel like a hot dog? The burgers here are easily their crowning glory. My personal favorite, easily the Route 66. Named after the iconic, carefree, American Highway, this burger sports swiss cheese, grilled mushrooms, grilled onions & mayonnaise. Do it!
