I purchased a spicy tuna roll w/out tip. I was pleasantly surprised by the respect and professional character of Sam's service while I wallowed from my previous mistakes in my life. I left a tip that I could afford since I am homeless. Suffice to say that I was recognized and recompensed with my tip in return and then some... This kind of service and hospitality is holy and beyond capitalism. May God bless this establishment and families tied to it. I am forever grateful.

What a great place! I needed lunch while I was waiting for a friend to get out of his dentist appointment so I decided to try this place out. The lady at the counter was so kind and friendly. I ordered 2 rolls and miso soup. She said since I was the first customer the soup was on the house. While I was waiting for the food I saw their handmade dish scrubbies and decided to get one for my mom. She was so kind and wrapped up the scrubbie in tissue paper and put a little heart on it for me. She even gave me a bag of chestnuts to give to my mother with the scrubby. Amazing service, and it's a very quiet and lowkey location. Pricing is reasonable, food was very good and overall I'd recommend this place to anyone nearby. thanks for the great service

Delicious sushi! Wonderful service! Beautiful ambiance! This was my favorite go-to sushi spot when we lived near the area, but I still make it a point to drop by every now and then whenever I need to fulfill my sushi craving. Everything I've tried so far is so flavorful, fresh and amazing! The staff members are just the sweetest and so friendly!! Highly recommend if you're in the area!

Sorry guys, not good at all. Over priced $17 per roll for the quality. Edamame had no flavor, bland and unsalted. Specialty rolls BSCR and SC bland. Not going back unless it changes.

This is a mom-and-pop sushi restaurant. The place is small, well-lit and clean. Staff were great. We ordered Philly roll, shrimp tempura and Tustin Roll. There was a bit of wait for our order but it was alright. I think they had a lot of pick-ip orders at the time. When our order came, the food were delicious and fresh. Ps: sorry no pics. I forgot to take some but definitely come and check this place out.

I've been a customer since 2019, but today has ended that patronage permanent. When it's lunch time on a Monday, who has 35 minutes to wait for their order? That was the expectation today, as I went to order their A combo, chicken teriyaki with half a California roll. At time of order I was discouraged by the counter person to choose something else, explaining that just a few minutes earlier they'd taken an order with the chicken and quoted a 35 minute wait. Why on earth would the chef fail to par grill chicken in pre-opening prep, so that just the final heating is necessary at time of order?Their food hasn't disappointed in the past, but service has always been a bit awkward and inefficient - I was at the front trying to order for right minutes prior to being encouraged to change my choice. Looking around there were two occupied tables and both were waiting for food, it was 12:20 at the time. If you've got all the time on your hands, and patient as Job then by all means, when you do get food it's quality. I, set an hour aside for lunch and today walked out without an order because of their lack of planning.
