I was bad and gave in, I had original recipe for fried chicken. I'm allergic to gluten, but it was good. I drank so much caffeine free tea, to help me. But, it was worth it

Went to get my order and got to the counter, the manager was separating some side boxes and didn’t even made eye contact, I told her that if there was anyone to assist and staid was her reply: you need something? Smh Very bad customer service, and it’s even worst when the person that provides but service is them manager. One of the reasons why the one on Lincoln and state college got closed down.

I go in to order meal 2 wings n biscuit. Guy at counter tells me I need to order 4 wings that comes with biscuit? Ok I said 4 crispy wings. They only had 2 avail and the other 2 had to be orig which not my favorite. Only 2 crispy wings left to buy at the chicken restaurant, really!!! Not to mention ordered ex biscuit which they forgot to put in bag?♂️

Have removed trash receptacles from back of store where tables are. Now have to walk the whole place to put your trash away. Guess they don't have enough business for 2 trash cans anymore.
This is the second time I go an I ask them to please make my nuggets fresh, i tell them i dont mind waiting an they always tell me yes no problem an right when I'm about to sit down they are already handing me my food worst service in the night shift very lazy. 3/5/24

Great young man in the drive thru!!! I came up 5 min to close he was extremely nice!! Got me thru quickly and seemed happy to do so!! Everyone is pretty good I go there often !! Food is always great! I love the Mac & cheese with KFC sauce !!!! (Should be on the menu)

I had the best drive through experience at THIS location! It was a young man with a lip piercing and a forearm tattoo.He was polite and quick and accurate! And he said OK at the end of each of my orders so I knew he was on the same page as Me :)Come here for your KFC folks! Service is great and also I must mention the mam at the window was cute as hell :)
