I placed an online order, but when I arrived it still wasn’t ready. Three people who came after me received their orders before mine. Then, with a very loud and aggressive tone, Danielle called out that my order was ready. He was not wearing a name tag, was extremely rude and unprofessional, and to make matters worse, the chicken inside my order was undercooked.

Went to get my order and got to the counter, the manager was separating some side boxes and didn’t even made eye contact, I told her that if there was anyone to assist and staid was her reply: you need something? Smh Very bad customer service, and it’s even worst when the person that provides but service is them manager. One of the reasons why the one on Lincoln and state college got closed down.
