Amazing place! We ordered the Molook O Saltane and the King of Persia dishes, and both were outstanding! The meat was juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Mahroo was an absolute delight—her warm and peaceful presence made us feel right at home. Can’t wait to come back!

My wife and I had to try this spot because Donna, Dr. Akbarpour's secretary, recommended this place and it did not disappoint! The decor was nice and clean. This place is a must. It was delicious! They refill the hot tea upon request. The owner recommended the Beef Koobideh, said it is the best around. It was juicy, the texture is a little different from what I've had before but it was good. The rice (Polo Lati) was good. They don't offer other rice dishes. Next time I'll be trying the chicken. The Turkish coffee was okay, not as good as the tea. Overall we had an enjoyable time. The service was pleasant. Don't be in a hurry. Enjoy.

Delicious Food and Excellent Service! We had the pleasure of dining at Koobikland recently, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The variety of food options on the menu was impressive, and everything we tried was absolutely delicious. Each dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented.
The service was equally wonderful—attentive, friendly, and prompt. We felt truly taken care of throughout our meal. A big thank you to the management and the staff for making our visit so enjoyable. We look forward to returning soon!

We had our dinner here and the food quality was great! All the kabobs are perfectly grilled and the usage of herbs and spices was incredible. We ordered the Kashke o'Bademjan, Egypt Kabob, King of Persia and an ice cream. The kabobs are highly recommended for sure, and the bademjan was pretty impressive as well.

The only Persian Restaurant in SoCal you would find authentic Koobideh Kabob as well as other High quality Kabobs. The service it good. The quality of the Koobideh is to the extreme and comparable to real Persian Koobideh you can taste in Bazar, Center of Tehran. I still feel the joy of the very first moment I bited the Koobideh; so tasty, juicy, very soft. We finally found the original Koobideh taste we had been missing for 8 years after desperately checking out several other Persian restaurants all over SoCal. I will definitely recommend it to any kebab lovers, after the first try, you would stop going to other places, guaranteed. Enjoy it!
