My wife is a professional Persian chef, and she said this was the BEST koobideh she ever had... I think that says it all. The kabobs they serve in this place are out of this world!!! Absolutely AMAZING! Also, the owner/head chef, was one of the nicest and most hospitable ladies I've ever met. If they were a bit closer (we live in Denver! 😅), we'd eat there every week. Thank you for the world-class meal. 😊

Brilliant Decor. Eggplant expertly blended. The chicken dishes vary, but I would be surprised if they're considered disappointing. The roasted? tomato is my favorite part of Persian cuisine and Koobikland nailed that too!
Hands down the best Koobideh in the United States! The quality and taste are on a whole different level. It’s clear that the owner truly understands high-end Persian cuisine, which makes sense given their legendary family background with the famous 'Tarighat' restaurants. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. If you want authentic, top-tier Persian food, Kubic Land is the place to be. Highly recommended!

Best Koobideh I’ve ever had in OC & LA!!! The owner is so friendly and welcoming, and the food is so good! I don’t usually order koobideh anywhere, but when in Koobikland, Koobideh is the best. The texture and the taste are so on point. Not greasy at all and no extra flavors. Definitely will be back

Absolutely worth the drive, every single time. Even though it’s more than a half-hour drive for us, this kabob place never disappoints. The koobideh is perfectly seasoned, juicy, and grilled just right, and the Lati rice is fluffy, fragrant, and the perfect complement. You can taste the quality and care in every bite. If you’re debating whether it’s worth the extra drive, trust me it 100% is. We’ll keep coming back!
