HORRIBLE, I spent a lot on to give 3 donut boxes to my employees and all the donuts are stuck to the bottom. There quality has dropped drastically in the last couple months.

Krispy Kreme donuts are good. I go to this orange location as there is none close to my place. Donuts are good as usual. This location is convenient for the people visiting the mall. They have a drive through option. The only problem with this location is average parking.

Got a dozen tonight they were cold and stale tasting. Ordered a special heart donut didn’t get it got a cream filled chocolate instead. Cream dried inside and donuts taste like they were fried in old oil

The person at the intercom was stuck laughing , failed to take my order correctly , then someone else came on and asked if I was ready to order…
Then when I got to the window they had forgotten an item from my order still.
The fact that they were laughing the whole time was just odd to me..

Overall taste on the original Krispy Kreme donut tasted off could be number of factors causing taste. But the promotional donuts were good. Price per value is high: 2 donuts and lg. strawberry freeze $10.63 inflation 🤨

My son and I went to your Krispy Kreme location at 330 City Drive  at Orange, ca  this past Friday to redeem those free donut promotion you have to congratulate  good students for every A they have on their report card, any way  we were treated very poorly by this employee named NOEL. He was very rude, it seems like he didn't want to give us the donuts, I am very angry and so disappointed for his behavior and the horrid way we were treated..

I think he urgently needs training in costumer service, he doesn't greet, he never smiles, he is mean and extremely rude, it's like he hates his job...

Worst service ever got my order wrong and had the audacity to not want to fix their error first time I get this behavior I’ve been here so many times I’ve never received such horrible service here ever! In Korea, there are fewer stores where you can see things being made, so I went there on purpose to show the kids.
If you install the app, there are many services and it seems to be good.
I recommend eating it right away.

Horrendous service. I waited in line to get coffee and the cashier tells me to wait so he can take the next 3 customers, then took my order for coffee. He took my money but apparently never gave out my order, because I got passed up by more customer who ordered coffee with other cashiers. It’s the second time it’s happened this week.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!

Placed an order online and went to pick it up today at 6:45 am. I waited in line for 15 minutes, was told that I was in the wrong line for online order pick-up, and was redirected to a line that they have been ignoring for at least 15 minutes (fyi there was no sign for online order pick-up line). It was then I realized that no online order had been prepared and they were prioritizing in-store orders over online orders. The fact they told us to wait patiently because they were short staffed was insulting since they were the ones who were putting aside online orders and ignoring them. Why not just have everyone stand in one line and process their orders one at a time? How stupid!

Anyways, I couldn't stick around for long, so I had to leave without my orders. Currently waiting to see if they process the payment so that I can dispute it with my bank because Krispy Kreme didn't email my receipt.

Thanks for reading my rant. If you ordered online, I hope they treated you better tgan they treated me. If you are the owner, learn to care about your customers' and their time.

This visit was very depressing, a female employee looked and showed as if she didn't want to be there, like she was so miserable, did not smile nor thanked us, the cashier however, was a bit more pleasant, unfortunately she had a very low voice to barely hear her
