Came today and we purchased an ice cream and corn on the cob. We didn't mind the price for the corn because we wanted it. The corn was 5 dollars. To our surprise the corn was so small it looked like they cut the corn in half. Once again didn't mind, we went to our car and took a bite and it tasted so bad. It tasted old like it's been sitting in water for days. My husband went back in to get a refund or exchange for something else and they said no. A refund I understand but not even the option to pick something else is such poor customer service. We've been coming here for a while now but it was our first time trying the corn. Very disappointed with the poor customer service we received today.

Bought an elote for my wife and besides the fact it's half an elote it tasted like yesterday's batch and she didn't want to give refund or exchange for something else. Talk about bad customer service and not like the elote is cheap it's 6 bycks

I went to buy some snow...I asked the lady for a recommendation and she told me I don't know...my nephew asked if I had cucumber snow and I answered No!......she looked upset...oh I have to admit let the client take care of the business....

The lady with pink logo shirt told the kid I CANT HEAR YOU ! While having an AirPod in her ear not professional she continued to touch her ear and continue to make guests orders without washing her hands

Terrible service- No one can speak any English. They just point to things and don’t understand anything you are saying. The ice cream is of very low quality and certain flavors leave a coat of “goop” on your tongue. I had to throw my ice cream away. A bad experience for the whole family.

Service was not less than excellent. Ice cream quality is not the best. As of 4/29/2023 small price was $3.99 and portion was very generous! Facility was meticulously clean on both sides of the counter.

This place brings me beautiful memories, it has a wide variety of Mexican ice creams, also Rica's popsicles, esquites, tostilocos and aguas frescas and most importantly, everything at a very affordable price...every day they have a different special, SO I can spend any day of the week and I will always find a good special ... my family and I loved everything and of course we will return again very soon ... also the way in which the staff attended us was incredible Everything very good ... highly recommended ...

I love their paletas and tostilocos. So much flavor and such great treats. The esquite is ok. They run daily specials. I like to stock up on paletas on Sundays.
