Terrible service- No one can speak any English. They just point to things and don’t understand anything you are saying. The ice cream is of very low quality and certain flavors leave a coat of “goop” on your tongue. I had to throw my ice cream away. A bad experience for the whole family.

Their passionfruit ice cream was so flavorful! The passionfruit flavor was strong, and you can tell that they use real fruit to make it. I would definitely want to come back to try their other flavors!

Service was not less than excellent. Ice cream quality is not the best. As of 4/29/2023 small price was $3.99 and portion was very generous! Facility was meticulously clean on both sides of the counter.

Came in on the perfect day for aqua frescas; Saturday is BOGO day! it was hard not to leave with more than two. The woman taking my order was super nice and let me taste test. (I've missed taste tester cups lol) The pineapple is my absolute new favorite!! Surprisingly it's not as sweet as you would think it would be. I may have to add this to my Saturday activities.

Today when I went to La Michoacana and it super crowded, it was incredible to see the line so long and slow... the person I've known since they opened the ice cream store was super rushed and the other one, it looks like she had no idea how things work there, I don't know if they changed owners or simply the owner wants to save $$ in hiring more personnel. If things continue as they are today I will definitely change the ice cream shop to another where they do have cheese for nachos, personnel that can attend customers right away. I hope the owner fixes things soon.

This place brings me beautiful memories, it has a wide variety of Mexican ice creams, also Rica's popsicles, esquites, tostilocos and aguas frescas and most importantly, everything at a very affordable price...every day they have a different special, SO I can spend any day of the week and I will always find a good special ... my family and I loved everything and of course we will return again very soon ... also the way in which the staff attended us was incredible Everything very good ... highly recommended ...

I love their paletas and tostilocos. So much flavor and such great treats. The esquite is ok. They run daily specials. I like to stock up on paletas on Sundays.
Always a great deal and a 10/10 experience. Best place to get ice cream.

Never had a problem up until now the person working there must have been new I always get a cone with two scoops and this time I was told the cone is only one scoop ? What happened to the customer is always right if I've gotten two before why I am getting one now? Maybe I was being discriminated don't know but I'm never coming back now
