Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar

Our server did a poor job. One of us ordered a beer, then waited a crazy amount of time. The waitress stopped by and asked “what beer did you want again?” (she took the order on a handheld so she could have looked there) Quite some time later a server walked past either a beer on a tray. Tried to give it to another table. We tried to flag him down when he walked past us but he was oblivious to our voices. More wait- the beer finally showed. No apology for the wait. How long had that beer been sitting around? The food was only so-so. The Thai chicken salad was not good. I felt like I was eating a bowl of cold slaw. We've visited many Lazy Dogs and have never had a poor experience like this. It'll be awhile before we utter another location, and will never return to the Orange location.

LazyDogis a great place to grab reasonably priced good quality meal relatively fast. Service was prompt, attentive, helpful and friendly. Food was delicious with generous portions and very reasonably priced. It was prior to a Ducks game & the LA Dodgers NLCS was on television so the noise level was somewhat louder than usual. Still a wonderful experience.

Our server took 20 minutes to come ask us if we wanted something to drink. Didn't bring a large water when we asked multiple times. The carrots came out gross and hot. She never asked how the food was then left to go on lunch. Luckily the guy that took over was nice. He got us new carrots. We ordered more macaroni that came out ice cold. So we had to ask for more. Overall it was just a poor experience. The first waitress did not seem to care one bit. We were happy she went to lunch and we got someone new.

A very nice and varied menu. This is not your normal cafe. They have some very original recipes and they put a nice twist on everything they serve. The patio is dog friendly and the staff are very accommodating to both humans and pets. A nice place to eat with or without your dog.

Met a friend for lunch. Saw a new type of special combo on the menu for $12,95 and tried it. Nice options and just the right size for lunch. I had the sesame/ginger salad and the 1/2 chicken sandwich. Both had fresh ingredients and were perfect for lunch portion. Will definitely go again.

Dining outside on the patio was perfect for our party of six. Inside is too noisy. The food was delicious, and the service was great.

We managed to book a table on open table as we were pulling into the parking lot which was handy since everyone walking in was quoted an hour wait. The angles were playing nearby, the place was packed, we waited a bit for our food but not too long considering how busy it was. One of our burgers was cold, when we told our server she apologized and offered us comped dessert but we were on our way to Disneyland and declined. I feel for how busy the place was, the staff did a great job of taking care of everyone.

No waiting with the reservation. The lobby was full of people, waiting for tables. Fast and friendly service. Food and drinks were delicious !!

When making the reservation I was asked if it was an occasion and I replied it was a birthday. I assumed that this would get passed on to the waiter but no one was informed. It was my 70th birthday and a free dessert would have been appropriate. Don't know why they want to know if it's an occasion if it's ignored.

I've never had a bad meal at The Dog! Thank you as always! All 7 of us were happy with our experience

Friendly service and nice atmosphere. Conveniently close to the movie theater.
I only had appetizers- and the portions were large, so that's a plus!
