Super bummed that my experience at the Garden Grove locatiom was not good. Went to order a sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich x2. Along with a bunch of other items. They gave us breakfast sandwiches that did not match the photo of the sausage link croissant number 90 sandwich. I asked if they would replace the 2 sandwiches. They said yes. Waited and waited. Went back to ask if the sandwiches were done and they started arguing that they had given us sausage sandwiches. Then I asked why they said they would replace them if they were not going to, and they said very rude about it. I will drop a photo of the sandwich photo below. It didn't make sense why they were so angry and rude about it, especially because what they gave was not sausage. I used to recommend them to families staying at Great Wolf Lodge but do NOT recommend them anymore.
It every thing good . Delicious Pho. Every one can Try . Thanks for your service

I’ve been eating at lees for years, first time at this location and was super disappointed. Sandwich had one slice of meat, a huge chunk of lettuce and 2inch cuts of tomato. Never going here again

I stopped by Lee’s Sandwiches for lunch, and my experience was very disappointing. As soon as I walked in, the employee looked at me and immediately said, “We don’t accept EBT.” I didn’t even mention payment yet, but I brushed it off and waited for my turn to order.
What really bothered me was that when other customers (particularly males who didn’t look like me) came in, she didn’t say that to them. Instead, she greeted them warmly and took their orders without issue. When I finally received my food and told her to have a good day, she just waved me off as if I didn’t matter.
I’m not trying to play the victim, but I truly didn’t like how I was treated. Everyone deserves to be treated with the same respect, regardless of how they look. This was my first and last time visiting this location, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming dining experience.

the people that work there always seem to be in a bad mood I arrive and say hello and they never return your greetings several times they have given me my order wrong and I had never gone back to say anything but yesterday right there I realized that they had given me something that I didn't order and I told them and the lady got mad and went to the back and I don't know what she was saying in her language to the other one that was there but they looked very mad and they were both touching the sandwich and all they did was give me the same bread and they only changed the meat and to top it off the meat was all dry and toug
h I'm sure it was from a day before and I told them why had they given me the same bread if they had already been touching it and she got mad and almost threw the sandwich right there on the counter they acted like they were giving me free food
Steam buns are really good

Massively failed a health inspection on July 28th 2025. Completely unacceptable and disgusting conditions including cockroaches found throughout the restaurant.

I like their sandwiches, but today I ordered coffee with my sandwich, I was surprised that it cost $5.5 for a regular cup of coffee, but I said ok, then I got the coffee. I finished the coffee in like 10 seconds and realized the cup is just filled with ice, literally a cup of ice that has maybe less than 2 ounces of coffee. I went back to them to ask if I can refill it, they refused, I told them I just paid $5.5 for a cup of ice, and they said yes sorry!

I normally love Lee’s sandwiches and this particular place was not bad at all as far as the sandwich goes however, there are no tables or chairs inside. They’ve been closed since Covid. Apparently they’re too scared to have people inside, but they’re not scared to serve people and have them take it out and eat in their car. I did not feel welcome at this place at all and it left a bad taste in my mouth especially when I asked for a little bit I would quit whip cream on my coffee. She was going to charge me $1.75 just for whip cream and it was supposed to come on it already. I was gonna have a whole can of whip cream in one coffee, not.
I will definitely not be going back to that location again. They’re all about money, not an ounce of hospitality.

Disappointed. This site had very friendly staff, but I got a soggy sandwich. Asked for no tomatoes but there they were. Easy enough to pick off, but my sandwich was literally avocado, lettuce and tomato. Nothing else. Just hoping I went on an off day.

It’s first time to go to this lee’s restaurant
I asked for mango smoothie with rainbow jelly the cashier told me that the jelly price is 1 dollars & I buy it for .50$ for other Lee‘s
When I start to drink it I can’t feel the mango taste like other times in other lee’s restaurants ..
& also I buy one French pugette & the prise is 2.5 $
I don’t know why it’s expensive than other lee’s
