I come here often for whenever I have parties at house, the workers are always so nice and the pizza is cheap so you can’t really expect that much from it lol, love the buffalo wings though 🤞🏼

Waited over 15mins for 2 pepperonis and some bread sticks about 4 other people came after me and got pepperonis right away. When I did finally get mine (only because I reminded them) they weren't cut all the way through or cooked long enough. Definitely worth spending a bit more else were.

I use Little Caesars specifically for the portal. I have no time or patience for long lines. This is the third time that I've been instructed to pick up my order at the counter. Multiple people ahead of me. Even though I've already ordered and paid, I had to sit there and wait in line. I'm over it. If the portal isn't working, they need to add a pop up on the website. I would not order if I knew I was going to have to wait.

Undercooked and incorrect order
Order delivery through the Little Cesars app which I had used many times in the past.
My order was incorrect, I had ordered what was on the receipt (mushroom and jalapeño). One of the pizzas was completely incorrect.
We called Little Cesars to try to get a refund but they didn’t want to refund the pizza. They only wanted to do store credit.
They blamed the delivery man but that doesn’t make sense to me, it sounds like a lie. Then when we asked for the number to corporate they gave us the wrong number it was an internal employee helpline (human resources).
Later we realized the pizza was undercooked. I threw it out since I didn’t want to get food poisoning. You can see the dough is undercooked and the dough sticks to the box.
We contacted support and have not received an email back.
I will not be supporting Little Cesars anymore.
I wasn’t going to complain but my partner was really upset and we spent good money on the order. We ended up going to Valentinos Pizza which is also nearby.
Iam so disappointed with orange Chapman location I waited 15 for 2 classic pizzas and was given 2 Very old pizzas that was not even Fit to eat.

If I could I would give 0 star. Came here to pick up some dinner for my family and before walking in, the guy had his hand down his back part of his pants. When we received the food, we noticed the wings had a jelly film on the wings and a brown worm in the bones of the wings. My family and I got infected with Norovirus and a viral stomach infection. We were in the hospital just last night and still are in the process of recovering. I will never again be ordering from this place as they are not sanitary people and have no idea how to handle food properly and keep it at the proper temperature.
