I have been eating here for a long time. Chi has been fantastic, and the food has always been excellent.

Recently, I found out that they changed owners. I ordered DoorDash from them, like I usually do. My order was accepted, the driver went to the restaurant, and it had to be canceled at the last minute due to the fact that they were apparently closed. When I called, their recording was from several months ago, which obviously is unhelpful now.

I've only had the pleasure of ordering delivery but due to my food allergies, I always like to call in and confirm everything was properly received on the other end. Whenever I call they recognize my name and voice, have modifications ready, and even recommendations for next time.
