First time we ate here last night. We were sat within 10 minutes. The atmosphere was really nice with blues music playing in the background, server was prompt with our drinks and order. Most of the barbecue meat was pretty bland. I got the brisket and it didn’t taste like anything, but it was really tender. The Nashville chicken sandwich was not spicy at all. All of the sides were decent. I would not recommend for a good barbecue place.

Ate here today. Service was reaaaally slow. Must be understaffed. I saw people at most tables looking around for someone to take their order. I saw people standing up to look for someone to help them. Our waitress took her lunch break and no one came to our table during her 30 min break. Also, I ordered a side portion of fries and they were comically small. For $5. Also the biscuits are like half the size they used to be? (From the last time I came like 3 years ago). When we were going to leave I heard the table behind us say they wanted to talk to a manager and it was their worst Lucille’s experience ever. I also saw another group of 5 try to be seated at a booth for 4. The girl seating them didn’t care. When their waitress came she said… do you guys want another table?? lol. Won’t be coming back. Didn’t give one star because the food was decent.

We had a wonderful family dinner (party of 3) at Lucille’s Smokehouse Bar-B-Que, and our server young Andy made the evening truly special! He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional—checking on us just the right amount, making great recommendations, and ensuring everything was perfect from start to finish. The food was delicious as always (love those smoky ribs and biscuits!), but Andy’s outstanding service really stood out and made our meal even more enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for him if you visit—thanks, young Andy, for the excellent hospitality!

Ordered the beef ribs last night, worst beef ribs I have ever had at Lucilles. Super greasy. Not much flavor. I have had them before and they were great not sure why they were so bad last night. I would have given a 1 star but I have had them before and they were good. BTW THEY DONT HAVE COLLARD GREENS ANYMORE. BOOOO!

Bad Experience on Thanksgiving Dinner

We went with our family for Thanksgiving dinner, and it was honestly disappointing. We ordered the beef ribs, but what we received were basically just bones with almost no meat on them. It was so bad that we ended up giving them to our dog when we got home. For a holiday dinner, this was definitely not the experience we expected. Unfortunately, we won’t be coming back

I ordered food a week ago. Since my mother passed away, we haven’t been ready to have a traditional Thanksgiving dinner like we used to. This year I had what I thought would be the brilliant idea to order something out of the normal for thanksgiving and went with Lucille’s since they were open. We didn’t order their thanksgiving dinner, we went with a different feast. Over $400 and the food was to be ready at 1:30pm… it’s now 3:05pm and I’m still waiting. They are unorganized. Unprofessional. Sloppy. I’m not sure this food would be worth it at this point. Ruined it for me. Still waiting…

I ordered the Family Feast for 4 plus an extra pound of brisket for takeout. The brisket was good, but two of the chicken pieces were severely undercooked. On top of that, I only received three tiny BBQ sauces — nowhere near enough for the amount of food I ordered. Definitely expected better for the price I paid.

Ordered for pickup online and order said it would be ready at 5:10pm and I didn’t get my food until 6:20pm. I went in at 5:20 and they told me it wasnt ready yet. I waited for 30more minutes, this time the hostess went and grabbed manager to check on my order the manager came by and said i ordered at a time a lot of other people ordered and said it would be ready in another 10min. I then proceeded to wait another 40 minutes. Male host was super nice and apologetic but manager and other host were rude not just with me but with everyone else.

Seems like there is no urgency from manager can’t handle busy environments. The front room was packed with people waiting to be seated. If you were sitting on the bench you can’t even stand up with how crowded it was with people standing in front of you.

I waited 1hour inside for an order that was placed 1hr and 30minutes ago. mind you i only placed 1 order of ribs.
