The fresh Halibut, lobster tail, shrimp and salmon were delicious. One of the best Clam Chowders too.
Booked a holiday dinner for my staff. Making reservations was very easy. We were seated immediately as we got to the restaurant. The food and service was great as always. Thanks MB!
This was our second visit to Market Broiler in Orange. The first time, we truly enjoyed the experience the food matched the inviting ambiance. On this visit, while the atmosphere remained warm and welcoming, the dishes unfortunately didn't live up to our expectations. We started with the calamari, paired with a mojito and a glass of Pinot Noir. That combination was delightful crisp, flavorful calamari and well-balanced drinks set a promising tone for late lunch. For entrées, we ordered the bone-in ribeye, requested medium. It arrived lukewarm and closer to medium-well, which was disappointing. The mashed potatoes on the side tasted flat and uninspired. The second entrée, the red snapper served over rice pilaf, came out overly wet, leaving the dish unappealing and unenjoyable for my spouse. Overall, while the ambiance continues to impress, the food this time lacked the quality and care we experienced on our first visit.
Love the New England Clam Chowder and the homemade sourdough bread.

Server was attentive & the food was good. Location was easy to get to. Additional signs would have helped.
The Hostess could have been more friendly. The server, Yasman, was very attentive and accommodating. The meal was served quickly and the table was cleared prior to desserts.
Definitely a perfect brunch with my family today. The sushi was on another level and so were the oysters and clam chowder! Chef's kiss 💋 for sure!

We hadn't been to the Market Broiler for a while but were looking for a good fish restaurant to celebrate a birthday dinner. We ordered the halibut special, combo dinner w/ halibut, & king crab along with a wedge salad. All were very good. Entrees were reasonably priced for fresh fish with the exception of the king crab which was a bit of a price shock. We also thought the wine prices were good plus they only charge a $10 corkage if you opt to bring your own (which we did but left it in the car...oops). We will definitely be back again with our bottle of wine.
The food is alright but service is completely unavailable. My server disappeared all the time.

Today I came to this restaurant, and the food was outstanding! The customer service was even better. Javi was my server, he made sure my water was always refilled and provided great recommendations about the food. He was cordial, professional, and truly made my dining experience special. I’m leaving the restaurant very impressed, not only with the food but also with the excellent service. I’ll definitely be coming back because I had a fabulous experience!

Service was so slow. We had to wait more than 10mim to get a refill. The food was ok but for that price, it is not worth it. Also the 2.75% credit card charge that they are implementing is ridiculous
Been going to Market Broiler since the mid 90s. I visit the Riverside location the most. I went the Orange location when it first opened. The food is still great.
