Do not go to this location. Ordered online at 11pm since I work late. Ordered a 20 piece large fry and drink. Bag had no sauce! Who eats nuggets without sauce. Food was COLD 🥶. Instead of giving me creamer and sugar on the side you decided to add it to the coffee which I find suspicious.

20 minutes just to order. What’s going on in there lol
I placed breakfast meal for 10:50 through the mobile app was told when I picked up my order at 11:10 that I have to physically be here before 11:00 to be qualified for the breakfast. I understand the inconvenience is within the app however the drive-thru employee the manager were very unfriendly unhelpful and rude. they could have showed a little bit more compassion an offer to help to resolve an issue which they did not when I asked for a corporate or customer service number the manager refused and he refused to give me his name which was stated on his name tag. McDonald's needs to do better with their coaching of customer service to their employees. And the manager needs to be retrained on the customer is always right. All he had to do was say he was sorry an offer to help solve the issue. I wanted to speak to customer service about the inconvenience now I would like to speak with them about the lack of customer service that this restaurant holds

Drove by told the girl I had 2 orders said she can only do 1 at the window didn’t take my 20$ bill she said her reader didn’t take it had to drive off with no food and lost all my points this location always gives me cold coffee don’t recommend it
I went through the drive thru for my order that I placed on the app. The service was friendly and with a smile. Best part ever? Those fries were 🔥🔥🔥, crisp and delish!

Service was great food looked but sucked
Got here at 10am and stood in line 25 minutes and when I asked manager on duty if she could please have someone man the front cash register she got snotty with me and said her priority was door dash and drive through....that we could just wait. I had my handicapped Aunt w me. We finally ordered at 1025am then we turned to look and there were 18 people standing in line. You know some people handicapped and elderly have trouble ordering online. This was hands down the worst treatment I've ever had at McDonald's. Its sad. I won't come here next time. I hope this message gets to McDonald's corporate. She was so rude when I asked if we could please get our order in because breakfast ends at 1030am. Don't elderly and handicapped people matter anymore.?

Today my friends and I stopped at this McDonald’s and they ordered Oreo mc flurries AND THEY TASTED LIKE PICKLES! We went up and told them, they came out with another one and it tasted like pickles AGAIN. We told them and they got mad at us and said they changed the spoons and there is no pickle contamination. This made us feel belittled even though we were telling the truth. We just wanted our sweet treat and they were very unprofessional with the way they handled the situation. They did give one my friends an m&m mc flurry to replace it but they were frustrated with him so my other friend didn’t even bother asking for a replacement.

We went during non peak hours and didn't receive good service and waited 25 minutes for 2 happy meals with stale fries. The person before us waited 30 min for their one meal and they said because they were waiting for the nuggets...for 30 minutes. Two customers waited over 10 min to get a drink refill. Nobody checked on anyone and nobody at the register. They instructed everyone to use the order kiosk. There were at least 5 employees all in the back. Not sure what happened here but they weren't being friendly for the good wage they now make for fast good. Which is no longer very fast.

In the line for 20 minutes already. Wait in front of the speaker to order for at least 5 minutes, no one speak, there’s no sound, and the car in front of me pull forward, so I did too, not sure how they are taking the order, and then heard the car behind me got ask to order. I call the number, and the staff is blaming me on only staying in front of the speaker for a minute only, which if they check the camera I’m there so much longer than a minute! And he didn’t even tried to take my order over the phone, instead have me go back in the line and start over, when I’m in line for 20 minutes already!!! Not even nicely asking, he is RUDE!

Do not order from this place! Extremely unprofessional. I waited at the drive-thru for over ten minutes, and no one responded. I thought the machine was broken, so I had no choice but to drive forward. Then, the staff told me I had to go back and line up again. Are you serious? If you can’t do your job properly and just waste our time, you should quit!
