The place is really nice, but the customer service needs improvement. We experienced a long wait and had a hard time asking for simple things like napkins. My kids waited just to get two napkins. We understand the importance of not wasting napkins, but it shouldn’t be so difficult to receive basic service. Training staff to be more attentive would make a big difference.

Don’t go to this location, the workers are always rude, especially in the morning. I ordered a medium coffee, and got handed a small I told the worker I ordered a Medium and she told me “that is a medium” (see picture, clearly not a medium). Respectfully I didn’t argue and just took the smaller one but they’re always like this when they mess up. they gaslight you just so they don’t have to deal with the consequences aka them having to correct their mistakes. I’ve gotten multiple missing items, asking nicely to receive them and there’s always push back. I’m never rude I just want what I rightfully paid for.

The 4 girls, I could see close behind the front counter, had little interezt in helping the 6 people waiting at the front counter, the longest, waited for at least 5 minutes.

It is as if, they (or McDonald's procedures) EXPECT you to use their ordering & pay station kiosk, to serve all your needds, rather than giving good old fashioned customer service at the front counter.

Please fix this McDonalds, or you will continue to loose business.

Wanted to use the cashier counter & was 2nd in line, and the team member, after finishing up with the person in front of me, served the individual behind me and saying that she was using the kiosk that's why. After which he advised me to use the kiosk/ order station or wait ✋️ 🤔
I'm a senior person and have difficulty reading out the screen, and this service team was not really caring for individuals who are of age and felt disrespected 😤

Order food 11/23/25 at 4:53 pm order just ice coffee and french fries. Fries where old and my ice coffee didnt had much ice... we ask politely for cup of ice and then we were told to move forward which we said we just need a cup of ice no need to move.. aggresively and rude smack the windom door on us just because we didnt want to move. We ask for a manager and she said i am the manager. Well Maria, u need management skills and better customer services.😡😡

Who trained the workers on customer service? You'd think the older workers would know better, but Yelling at a calm customer shouldn't be allowed. On 11/4/24 I went through the drive through past 10pm, got home and my family was gonna eat; My little brother found mold on the bottom bun of his quarterpounder, I called the store at 10:31pm and an older lady with a Hispanic accent picked up. I politely told her that my brother's burger had mold, she paused and said "ok" and not I'm sorry any sign of customer concern. I calmly said "well I'm just letting you guys know to check the buns so nobody gets sick". She yells at me "I said ok!!!"...You don't yell at customers, especially when they are being calm and polite. McDonalds you need to train your workers better.

Drive thru employee that took order didn’t ask much if I needed a sauce for chicken nuggets nor if I want apples slices with happy meals , basically wanted to get my order fast with say less. Don’t expect much but McDonalds raising prices, employees getting paid good aleast try to help the customers. Sad to say there’s always something wrong.

This location is hit and miss, which is kinda sad since it's the closest to me. I've gotten food with mold on it, other people's orders, cold fries, and even expired beverages... look over your order before leaving, and you'll be fine

Not very nice people working, they look at you with disguste. They need to remember, they work at McDonald's, they need to look in the mirror. They speak around people, about customers, not thinking customers actually understand what they are saying.
Workers need to understand, not everyone dresses nice or anything, they come in cause they want food or something to drink. They don't expect to be judged the moment they walk in or drive up.
They see I am white and they take about 10 minutes to come up and ask what I want or a manager walks up and asked, why they are not helping me.
Last I check, McDonald's is not the extreme elegant restaurant of the world. No.

Hopefully they hire nicer employees or retrain them for several months on how to not judge
