Saw Fish Filet for $2.79 on Friday in Costa Mesa today but I got Charged $4.79 on the App in Orange, CA. I ordered a cheeseburger happy meal on the app. But the drive thru line took for ever... Why was the line so slow n we had to wait so long so many cars n the number parking slots are available to use after 10 pm ???

I try to avoid this location at all costs. I will say the manager that day was GREAT. I had to return because my food was wrong and had spoken to the manager over the phone who said they would fix it. First employee tried to get cocky then realized he was wrong and apologized. Other employee was being nosey so manager told her to not worry about me because I was taken care of and another employee I believe his name starts with a B not sure young kid Well he's going places!!!
Ordered food with the app with ample time before closing & when I arrived they said they could not make my food when I arrived. So now left having to wait days for a refund & with not food. Horrible Service!!!!

Stellar Chicken McNuggets & share the sauces well. Have picky Quarter Pounder Hamburger 🍔 order but they got entirely correct. Even the triple crispy fries 🍟 were up 2 par. Shake was delicious. 🥤 Salads 🥗 and yogurts 🥣 r excellent snack size & value. As of January 2025 the current location boasts a super modern design and has both human & digital services. Can order from several kiosks or wait in line traditional style. Speeds things up if 2go order or stay in restaurant. Drive Thru is much more efficient and system communication is great. Seriously all new tech here. Huge soda fountain machine with great variety. Extremely open space dining room has lots of seating options for ♿ Handi-Capable folks (am double amputee). Food was very fresh and could see a very sanitized kitchen & clean minded staff that is very focused & competent. Staff also very kind. As mentioned am double amputee & they discreetly helped. Very grateful. Great folks workN. Been thru a lot of changes but still maintains quality food, swiftness while driving or in line, & has patient customer service from sincere employees. ADA Compliance is top notch. Again the refurbishment inside and out makes for new even better McDonald's experience. Highly recommend this location especially since it's franchise. worse experience i had for any mcdonald's ive gone to, slow service, rude workers. you lost my respect and also as a customer at this locations.
workers need to be retrained and attitude adjustment. order 2 mcdoubles and a frappe. it was hitting 15minute marks and eaited patiently. when i approaced one of the worker and asked wheres my order and been eaiting about 15. she stated"oh a take a min to make the frappe'. like she didnt care attitude is unacceptable!
ill never order in this location ever again!

I ordered cookies...4 trays of 13....They put the cookies straight from the oven to the trays without letting them cool so there were several broken and stuck together. One tray had 9 cookies then the next had 17 then one had 12 and the last had 14. I had to restock all before I left....Not happy on this trip...

Not even a single McDonald's employee could smile while I was ordering food. I received a bag with no napkins in it. I went back into the store to get napkins and there were none anywhere in sight. I just stood there waiting in front of customer service people who looked like they were not paying any attention to me on purpose. A woman was about 3 feet away from me I was standing in front of her for three minutes waiting for acknowledgement. Finally I said "excuse me" and she didn't make eye contact or even look at me at all when I asked her for napkins. She gave me the napkins but no acknowledgement at all. Disgraceful that these people are paid $20 per hour for nothing. Pathetic.
