It was my first time visiting, and overall I had a great experience. The conchas were tasty. I originally planned to get only the Nutella-filled one, but the variety caught my attention, so I also picked up the strawberry, mazapán, and churro flavors.

The lady who helped me was very friendly. The conchas had a nice texture. I was worried they might get hard by the next day, but the one I had with my coffee the following morning was still soft.

I didn't get to try the Nutella concha because my mom ate it, but she said it was really good, so I'll be back to try it myself. Overall, the conchas were good and definitely enjoyable.

We purchased Rosca de reyes last Sunday and was not really fresh, TEXTURE and TASTE wasn't good enough for the high prices that they charge for this item ,I really was expecting way more quality on their product but overall my experience was not good at all this time

$58 + tax i think it's extremely expensive for this poor quality item

Service stinks! Went in there to purchase a concha for my wife who happens to like the Pumpkin filled. I was standing around forever and not one person came out to assist or let me know they would soon be with me. Decided to call their store while standing in front of the register hoping someone would come answer phone and therefore be forced to sell me something…nothing. FINALLY one of the waitresses walked up like nothing and I even had to say “is anybody working here??”

I personally would have left long ago as the conchas aren’t even all that, but I wanted to surprise my wife with a sweet treat so I was willing to put up with such bad service.

Such a cute spot to grab a sweet bite. Plenty of In door and out door sitting available. Restrooms available for customers. Cashier was patient and kind. Carried my dachshund inside and staff did not deny us service, super grateful for that. We had a positive experience over all.

Quick and polite service for sure but the CONCHAS are to die for. Got a bunch for my colleagues birthday and had to go back the next day for more so my dad could try them. the pumpkin spice concha is the best I've EVER had

An older waitress was extremely rude to my friend. He bought bread then sat on a handicap table without knowing he had to get in line to get a table to get breakfast. No signs about it. He was going to dine. She approached him at the table and she said “that is eaten outside”.Her attitude was out of line. He is handicapped with only one eye. He did buy conchas and he sat because he wanted breakfast. He did eat breakfast there & luckily his waitress Marisol was a sweetheart. She had a double ll name.

Him and I were going to visit the place in Placentia, but he lives in OC and beat me to it. Visiting this place was his bday wish. It was his first visit and. I Hope my first visit with him is a kind ambiance.

He told me the food was amazing, could have be served more beans and the concha was fresh and crunchy.

Deadpoolio the amazing

Pumpkin spice concha was delicious as well as the pumpkin spice latte😋. Finally went to check this place out and the service was amazing and the staff is so friendly 🙌

The conchas are DELICIOUS ! They're served warm, it smells amaizing. We ordered vanilla, chocolate, churro and cookies & cream, this last one is super sweet I probably won't order again, but we will definitely come back on the rest.

Drinks were Ok, I liked that they have variety of milks so if you are lactose intolerant you have options like almond and oat milk.

They also have cute merch to buy.

I took the food to go so I can't really comment on the atmosphere. I was kind of difficult to get to cuz they're kind of doing construction which is not the business's fault. It's the city's fault, but that's another story. So it took longer to get here. And to leave from there. The baked goods were fresh. They tasted great. I got the Oreo Concha. It was good. Warm and fluffy and it wasn't that sweet. Just had the Oreo coating on top. It was okay. It wasn't bad and the pricing was fair. It was under $5 so that's a win in my book. I don't know what the price was for the pumpkin cheesecake slice. I got it for a co-worker of mine and she loved it. Would I come back again definitely. Fair pricing for fresh baked Mexican treats with an American twist. Of course I will definitely be coming back.

Came in with high hopes, variety of baked cakes and goods looked tasty. A little kid, 12 years at most, takes my order down. Doesn’t seem to know how to input my horchata latte but whatever, I tip $1 anyway. I get my scone in a plastic wrapper and proceed to wait for 15mins. I go up to the counter after a while and tell them to make sure the drink is hot. Not 2 mins later they come out with “my” drink but it’s iced. They even call my name out like I didn’t just got up to them and tell them to make sure it’s hot. They go to the back to remake my drink. I ask if I can keep that drink and both the little kid and the girl in front just stare at me like I’m not talking to them. I hate being ignored. After another while I get my drink in what seems like a small cup. I tell them I paid for the large and they say they only have one size so they will go and make me another. Wow. After waiting so freaking long, I just bite the bullet and sit for my 2nd drink. Once it comes out, the person apologizes for the wait and offers me a treat to apologize. I got some cookies and take off. I’d already started this review (since I spent so much time waiting) and was willing to discard it because of that last guy. The problem is that the 2nd drink I got was something completely different and most likely someone else’s drink they probably messed up. Horchata drink was good but tasted more like cookies & cream. I will not be coming back or going to another one of these spots.

Family is running the business, nd the care they put into it shows. Not only was I warmly greeted, they spoke to me about there setting up, the community and how much they appreciated that I was so interested in their goods. I was so involved in the conversation that as soon as it ended I walked out the store, and they ran out a few minutes later to give memy drinks I hd forgotten! So sweet and so dedicated to their A+service.
Conchas were handed over warm and fluffy. Loved te Nutella and the biscoff one. I really liked the flavor of the mazapan one, was an interesting crumble

Came in on opening day.

The restaurant was filled with clients, and family for their opening day.

Because of the chaos missed seeing the hostess stand and sat down. A waiter greeted me almost immediately and explained that they would seat me, however since there were no other tables and the hostess stand was empty she let me sit in the booth I had selected. Staff was friendly, easy to approach and attentive to their customers.

I was not expecting a wide menu options, came in knowing nothing about this food chain. I thought it would be coffees and breads, but was nicely surprised with their many options for breakfast and lunch with some traditional Latin foods. Menudo is on their list, I consider myself a menudo snob, grew up in a Mexican household and menudo (AKA beef tripe soup) is a traditional Mexican soup my mom makes so if made right, it's delicious, I'm looking forward to coming back to try it.

Food service was on point, fresh, warm, and tasty.

The waitress automatically brought a mini Conchita that was warm, and not too sweet which was the perfect size and taste. I don't like sweet things so ordered their regular iced coffee latte, so pretty simple and what I expected to get. I didn't know I was craving taquitos until I got here. So getting these satisfied a craving I didn't know I had lol. They were perfect, tasted clean, crispy, and not too greasy. The green salsa was not spicy at least for my taste buds and complimented these beef taquitos. They were sprinkled with cheese, lettuce, and chopped tomatoes. Soooo good.

Will definitely come back.

Parking was easy with plenty of spaces.

My one down size was not the food or the staff, but the inside temperature environment. This is why I took off one star. The inside felt as hot as the outside, and it's summer, but sitting in a hot place was not comfortable. I came later in the day so probably would try to come in the morning since the heat builds up from the day and the use of the kitchen contributed to the heat inside.

Otherwise awesome place to come and eat.
