This is definitely a "don't judge a book by its cover" place. While we were looking for a traditional pizza parlor, we're glad we stayed. The pizza was great, and because the adjacent taco shop is owned by the same owner, we were able to have a taco appetizer while waiting for our pizza.

I was looking for a fettuccine chicken Alfredo. Was looking at Google and found this place. The fettuccine was good like surprisingly good although I wanted bigger pieces of chicken. Don't order the mozzarella sticks they where served raw. I also ordered a pepperoni and basil pizza so bomb. It's deceptive. Shame the mozzarella sticks came undercooked.

By far the worst. The customer service is terrible. The people that work there are soooo rude the place is dirty. If I knew they owned the other business taco place next to them I’d cancel my order. Ive never walked into any place and been asked, “que quieres” or had my food thrown on the counter at me. And the food was horrible.Parking: Hardly any parking available and it’s just a small place. Really fun down

OMG we went for a friends birthday celebration and it was divine! Drink we well made and worth the price and food was above exceptional. We had the most amazing server..major shout out to Wesley who was such a sweetheart. They were attentive, so charismatic, and overall just made our experience all the more enjoyable.

Pizza was tasting ok but not margarita taste because they didn't use fresh mozzarella cheese instead they used ricotta cheese. And price is varied of who you are and don't honor on their website that's not good business practice. Unless they change this practice I don't think I will go back and help their business to grow.

This was our first time having pizza and antipasta salad at Naples Pizza. This is the absolute worst pizza I have ever had!!! Each bite tasted like a cup of salt was in it. The salad was full of salt too. Disgusting. I can't imagine how they can stay in business with food that tastes this bad.

Terrible service. Food arrived with a HAIR in it. Took 20 minutes to get a new dish. All the rest of the food was cold. Waaaaay overpriced and so disappointing for my daughter's birthday dinner.

Visited Naples for the first time in years! We come to Disney often , service is always good . Rushed but good .Hayden served us at Naples pizza . My husband and I are so impressed with the service, knowledge and professionalism provided by Hayden. After our experience today, we will definitely be making frequent visits.
