Decent juice, smoothie and açaí bowl...better than Jamba Juice, but quite expensive for the sizes. We went to order a special character ice cream for my kid and they didn't give me the specific character we brought until I pointed it out and they switched it up for us.

Floors were clean and smelled fresh. the two staff were friendly, most important the drinks were prepared the best since very long time ago and on time. the staff clothing was also clean vs other times where staff clothes look like if they had a food fight! Way to go!!

A friend of ours was telling us how great the juice cleanses were, so we decided to order. We ordered two 1-day cleanses on 8/20 and again on 9/16. BOTH times, when we got to the store to pick them up, they did not have our order and knew nothing about why it wasn't there. They're made elsewhere and shipped in, so they couldn't even make them while we waited. The first time they didn't have the order, the woman that helped us was extremely helpful and apologetic and immediately refunded our order. The second time, the person at the register couldn't have cared less. She said to just email customer service about a refund. I told her I expected an immediate refund, and she finally granted it. I'd really like to try the cleanse, but since you have to order in advance to pick up, it seems unlikely that's ever going to happen. :(UPDATE: I wrote to the email address provided by Ava. The rep offered nothing other than a suggestion to order on the app because website orders come in differently (????) Why take orders on a website, if no one remembers to check for them and fill them? I've tried enough. I'll just get a cleanse elsewhere....

Stopped by here on Saturday 9/9/2023 with my daughter. It's our first time here. It's a cute place! Open, spacious, and clean was the first impression. The menu is clear and easy to read and understand. It's not overwhelming at all. My daughter ordered an açaí banana bowl and I ordered a Popeyes acai smoothie. Wow! they are so delicious! First, let me say the bowl looks beautiful! And it is huge!The sweetness and tartness are so balanced in the bowl. The fruits are so fresh! The crunchiness of the oats really blended well with everything else in the bowl. On the other hand, the smoothies look sad! But I was fooled by the color. It tasted amazing! Very refreshing in a hot day! Service? Great! We were greeted with a smile from a young man. He was very gentle, polite, helpful, and understanding. And we didn't have to wait long at all to get our order, maybe within 5 minutes. Price? Not pricey at all for fresh ingredients like this. I came to the nail salon next door many times, but I was reluctant to come to this place because I thought it is pricey. Well, fresh = pricey :))) Well, not this place. I think the price is just right. Highly recommended!!!

Not their fault but the In-N-Out has completely ruined this parking lot and made navigating it terrible. its almost impossible to get from one side tot he other.
My first bad experience at Nekter. I typically really enjoy this place. This time around was a bit different. I was told upon ordering that there were no frozen strawberries or bananas. Then I was told that there were no cucumber to make my juice. I know that the lack of preparation does not connect back to the employees rather whoever the franchise owner is. It probably sucks to be in the direct employees place and I can predict that many people are probably so upset because they can't get half of what they want on the menu because of the lack of preparation regarding ingredients and stock. I will likely not return to this location. The reason this review received two stars is only due to the employees that were so kind and recommended other things that I could get despite the lack of ingredients they had that day.

This place is right in front of our gym so we love heading over there after our workout. All their drinks are amazing and addictive!

Went in Saturday afternoon, ordered a smoothie, get home and start to drink it and finding bits of soft plastic in the smoothie??? like wrapper plastic?? i probably wouldn't write this review but i tried calling the store several times and no answer?? i'm not gonna drive back to a store because what are the two college students working there going to do for me LOL, get it together Nekter, don't think it's that hard to not blend plastic into your smoothies !
