The person at the counter charged me for the meal, that is discounted and since I ordered the Chilli (2.25). He charged me for the fries at full price and added the price for the Chilli. He claimed that he couldn't separate the charge for the Chilli on my fries with my meal order! Ridiculous. He just over charged me. I know it's only a couple bucks difference but still I feel cheated! Nexx Burger did not honor their meal deal!

The atmosphere is relaxing and open. There are plenty of seating areas and you don't have to worry about missing you number or name being called because they have table pagers per order. The restaurant is very clean with one big screen tv. Extra large patio eating area. They have a drive-thru and fast service even though they food is being made to order.The food is well packaged and fresh. I tried the 375 all day double cheese burger. Once time I opted for regular onions, the next time I decided to get grilled like I do when I go to InNOut Burger. They are very similar in the way they make the burgers except the sauce is Extra here if you want Extra. I noticed you can order chili cheese fries, but didn't see a chili cheese burger on the menu. I will ask and try that next time if they are willing to make it. I feel like this will be a frequent place for me to go.Things I would change is not charging for extra sauce, not doing like the real competitor and put the napkins in the bag so it doesn't touch the food and become useless. I did notice InNOut Burger started putting the condiments and napkins in separate small bags for the customers. That would be something great for this restaurant too. The service is tip notch. Keep up the good work.

Horrible service, ordered the chicken strip meal & got home to find out they didn't give me the chicken strips. Drove back to get strips and came home with burnt chicken strips. Horrible service , sucks because I liked them before they started going down in customer service & quality. And there is no number to call the store so this is my 3rd time driving to nexx to get an order correct.

Was hoping this would be an alternative to In-N-Out and while the burger is good and sweet potato fries is a nice option but In-n-Out has the edge on flavor and there is no cost benefit here if ordering a combo.Pros here are perhaps shorter wait since it isn't as busy and nice partial view of Orange Hill but could've been better if they had lowered the wall outside from blocking view and have a bigger window view from inside facing that direction.Cons is they give you a device that buzzes when order is ready but touching it means you'll want to wash your hands afterwards. Prefer In-N-Out non-touch speaker announcement.They have potential to be an alternative to In-N-Out if they focus on three things, improve flavor of meat patty and fries by perhaps using a different oil and get rid of the touch buzzer and make it touchless announcement. Improving the view of Orange Hill would be a bonus.
