First time here and first time buying a Bundt cake. Very cute store. Customer service was very good. And very helpful. The cake and cupcakes are so tasty! The decorations are perfect! I don’t think I will be going back to regular cakes for any celebration. Recommend!!

The store was really cute easy to get into registers one on each side to assist so you didn't have two much confusion going on. They were out of the apple cider caramel bundt cakes in the case but she had some in the back and she brought them out which was awesome as this was the main reason it was going in addition to getting my birthday freebie I bought two more in addition. Too bad I didn't do like what donut holes little mini mini bundt cake and just drizzle with the icing and be like six 12 pack mixed

I was very disappointed again, I been to this location for the second time in less then 2 months and both times I have not been greeted! A tall male helped me out in July 31, he never asked if I needed anything else! Whe I ask for the 8" chocolate chocolate chip cake, he literally thru/slammed it on the counter! I was like ?, I didn't say anything. I was with my 3 little kids and husband and I couldn't believe we were being treated like this. We live the cakes from here, but with type of experience u won't be going to this location. What was funny that I mentioned it to my family and they said they never get greeted either! This is very disappointing!!!!!!

I'm addicted to this place, leaving with 6-8 bundtlets at a time... a couple times a week? they all are my favorite flavors, very moist cake, very tasty frosting. I'm addicted & can't get enough!!! The worst is when I'm craving theirs cakes & it's after hours. Close to heaven is the comparison I can give.
Parking: In a shopping center where you can go grab a fork or two at del taco or El Pollo Loco, if you can't resist the temptation of eating it now!!! I cant!!!
Long story short, I completely spaced on picking up a big order and they gave me a call at the end of the night to say I hadn’t come to pick them up, i rushed to my car and drove as fast as the speed limit would let me and got there after closing. The staff waited for me, were extremely kind about my mess up, and the order was perfect and everyone loved their cakes at the party. I would definitely use this location again and recommend it. Thanks again to the staff for being incredibly understanding of my very dumb moment.

I stopped going here because of their aggressive up sells. I will miss the Bundt cakes, but I will not miss being treated like an object to get money out of instead of a human being.
Too bad I'm not a fan of Bundt cakes. I would go based on the name alone.

My sister came by last week with a small cute little Bunt cake. She brought me the lemon flavored kind. It was soooo Moist and Delicious! I highly recommend this place if you want a delicious treat.

So disappointed with this location. Ordered a gluten free cake a week in advance of Christmas and was called 24 hours before saying they ran out of gluten-free ingredients. I'm no baker, but it seems you'd either know you are running out of ingredients more than 24 hours before; or you'd set aside the appropriate amount for the order.... Or both. Wound up going to the Tustin location like I should have to begin with.
