Yet another outstanding experience at O Sea in Orange California . I have O Sea on my regular schedule for dining out ,and it never fails to deliver. It is such a unique envirement. It is clear that this restaurant is driven to create unique food experiences throughout the menu; driven by flavor , craveabilty and presentation. - Every employee from management - servers - and most importantly the chefs in the kitchen ; take complete ownership to create a meal experience to remember...
The sign of a good restaurant is that it keeps getting better. On our most recent visit the food was even better than prior visits. The caesar salad was terrific. Fresh, crunchy, not overly dressed and garnished with pepitos. I had sword fish that was in a very tasty sauce that was bright and tasty but not too spicy. Everyone at our table enjoyed their dinners including the fish and chips, lobster roll and fish entrees. Portion sizes are generous.
We loved otabletop. O Sea. The Cioppino was one of the best I have had, the swordfish burrito was stunning, the black mussels in green curry, exquisite. Service was excellent and prices were reasonable.
Tables and upholstery are showing signs of wear after five years. I would suggest wipeable surfaces for the banquettes ans a stone or stone facsimile for the tabletops.
