The burgers were amazing- so tender and juicy for a default medium/medium well burger! The fried chicken sandwich was also so juicy and yet crispy, in fact I think my friend and I both preferred that, please don’t tell the owners! Just kidding..but it was great. Very light batter, but just enough crunch. The mochi waffle was yummy, and the combo of hot waffle and cold ice cream was uber-comforting. Delicious Japanese-inspired Wagyu Burgers and Karaage-fried Chicken sandwiches. Burgers are juicy and tender and the fried egg is a great compliment to it. Their topo-topo Wagyu-loaded fries are cravingly-good - enough beef for each bite, the right amount of sauce to give each bite great flavor without drowning the fries.
