Regular here. The background of the place is pretty plain and service is pretty decent. Food-Quality/Portions to price ratio is pretty good. You won't find any amazing flavors but if you are looking for a decent, affordable & healthy lunch I do recommend.

Fantastic teriyaki chicken with HUGE portions. The number 1 is an awesome deal at $6.95. The rice was cooked well and not too sticky. The veggies were steamed in teriyaki sauce and tasted great as well.

I work in this area so I’ve eaten in all the old and new restaurants at the Block. This is the worst lunch place I’ve been to. The last time I entered Oki was 5-6 years ago and it was bad then. I was gonna give them another chance today and I totally regret it. Lady cashier seemed like she’s having a bad day right off the bat. She seemed irritated to be asked a question or 2 about portion sizes and tempura batter. Not sure if it’s a bad day issue or a language issue. The restaurant is empty. It can’t be because she’s too busy serving or cooking... We ordered chicken teriyaki bento and tempura udon. The chicken was drowning/swimming in oil and the sushi rice was hard like a 2 day old sushi-hard. The shrimp tempura udon was the worst noodle soup I’ve had in my entire life. It was boiled water, sautéed veggies, thick tasteless noodles and 2 sad, soggy, skinny tempura on the side. Tasteless and disgusting. I should have just opened a cup noodle from an Asian supermarket. How this place is even open especially with Panda Express next to it is mind-boggling. I do not recommend and I will never come back.

We met with friends at this spot for a meeting. This spot was recommended to us by a friend. Well, it was very successful. The staff were very polite and we had an excellent feeling. The meal was delicious. We had a great time and we will definitely return to this restaurant. We recommend this place to all.

Cheap prices for relatively sub-par food.I came here because I was looking for a quick bite. As a fan of teppan grills, I was drawn to this place because I knew my food would be cooked fresh in front of me. The price of a teriyaki chicken meal is $5.95 and comes with steamed rice and vegetables.The vegetables include broccoli, carrots, and cabbage, all of which were pretty bland. The chicken is a bit off as well. The pieces were very small and very stringy. As such, most of the edges were pretty tough and crunchy. Overall, it was a decent meal but nothing I would come back for despite how busy the restaurant actually is.

Small, slightly confusing menu. If you're at the Outlets at Orange and you're looking to eat teriyaki or rice, this is the place to go. I'm sure there are other Sushi places withing driving distance, so that's up to your discretion.
