I stopped by here and ordered the Chicken Alfredo pasta, it was good and filling, that's one thing about olive garden, the dishes are always plentiful that I usually take home leftovers. The pasta was cooked just right, the Alfredo sauce was rich and creamy, and the chicken was tender, server was friendly and attentive, food came out promptly even though the place was fairly busy.

Serious Hygiene Issues: Two Hairs Found in Two Separate Meals

I am writing this review specifically for the Olive Garden location in Orange, CA.

My recent dining experience was extremely disappointing and concerning due to significant hygiene failures.

The issues began when I was eating my unlimited salad. Towards the bottom of the bowl, I discovered a hair embedded in the mix. I immediately brought this to the attention of the staff.

The manager promptly came over and offered to bring me a replacement salad, which I graciously declined. While I appreciated the quick response, I was already quite put off by the discovery.

Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. Later, while transferring the leftovers of my Fettuccine Alfredo into a to-go box, I found a second hair tangled in the pasta. Discovering contamination in two separate dishes from the kitchen on the same visit is unacceptable and suggests a severe lapse in food safety and hygiene protocols.

The staff's attempt to address the issue (offering a replacement salad) was noted, but the fact that a second, entirely different dish also contained hair—even one packaged for takeout—is deeply troubling.
This was a highly unsanitary and disappointing experience, and I hope management takes immediate and serious action to review and correct their kitchen cleanliness and staff safety procedures.

Really great service! I ordered online. When I picked up the order it was ready precisely on time and double checked by a very nice and polite staff member to make sure everything was there that we ordered. Could not be better!

The waitress should tell you there will be 45 minute wait. Very disappointed in your Orange Olive Garden. I can go elsewhere to get dinner with a short wait time including dine in.

It was my second time at a Olive Garden. My waiter Gabby S. was very friendly and attentive. She explained to me the different soups they had since im not familiar with the menu. I appreciate her knowledge of the food and her recommendations.

Really great food and people but you guys really need to repaint your parking lot lines. So many cars are parked terribly because the lines are practically invisible.

Got food poisoning last Thursday and been too sick to even review , the food looked drab and I should have known from the sour taste of the Alfredo , I'd say the microwave food olive garden makes is better and safer than this location . The deco feels old outdated and the atmosphere is quiet and just boring like those mundane spots from the 80s . Highly recommend going to a different location because I've been to others and did not have this experience

Service was great! Our server came by a few times to make sure that we had refills on the drinks, salad and breadsticks. Pasta was a bit overcooked and the sauce was too sour. Had only one plate of the rigatoni for the endless pasta deal.

My daughters and I entered the restaurant. We were four people. I spoke to the receptionist and told her that I wanted a booth seat for four people. She told me that she would give me seat 27 and told me to wait for 5 minutes to clean the table. I waited for more than ten minutes. After that, she came to me and told me that other people had taken the table. She told me that there was a table with four seats. The table was uncomfortable and I was sitting and uncomfortable.and the food was cold and the service was bad
