The food and service at the restaurant was fantastic and it's a fabulous the place the celebrate any event. Would have preferred to have self parking, but that was not any real problem. The only issue I had with the valet required parking was that when paying for the valet parking, the cashier should have advised you that there is a 5 percent surcharge for using a credit card versus no charge for using cash. It was just the principal of not being informed of the charge, as I didn't catch it until I saw the charges on my card.

First off the Hostess was rude, and seemed annoyed to be working that morning. Our server was terrible; We never got coffee refills or water refills. He did not respect the elders at our table at all! In addition, I actually ask my husband if I was invisible, because every time I talked to the server, he looked right over me and walked away. It was a family brunch with some out-of-town family. Food was cold. The Crab Cakes were good, waffles seemed frozen and they were cold so was 2 of the hamburgers, The view was beautiful. I was very disappointed from the Hostess, waiter , service, food, to the Valet service. The girl taking my ticket was very rude. However, the guy that actually bought up my car was very nice and helpful.

My wife and I had one of our first brunch date here, got married here, and have come back multiple times! Truly, an incredible venue!

Very bad experience the restaurant over booked for the night and had us wait two hours, even though we had booked our reservation a month before. It was two hours to get seated and another hour to get our food to us. Overall wouldn't recommend it for an anniversary or birthday dinner. Too expensive for the quality of service that was provided to me.

My friends and I went here for my birthday dinner yesterday and we had a wonderful time! The food was great, our server (I think David?) did a wonderful job! I'll definitely be back!

We had such a great experience! We got there around 6:30 and caught the most beautiful sunset. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxed, and the food was delicious. James who took care of our table was amazing, so friendly, attentive, and full of great recommendations, we really enjoyed it!

Food not cooked right. Some items served cold Asked for the window seat and was told No because it was reserved. Well, I asked at booking as well. Waited too long for service of waters and drinks to start, but then our waitress was great. Not my first visit but certainly my first negative review.

I spent over $1000/monthly to send my clients here as a thank you and after 2+yrs I decided to try for myself. Made a reservation for husband birthday dinner at 6pm, checked in at 5:55, didn’t get seat until 6:20pm and in between the wait time were the rude condescending tone and remarks from the hostess…really?!? Felt like I was there begging for food and charity. That ugly feeling at the bottom pits of my tummy shrieks: this is what my clients experiencing when I paid for their dinner? I spoke to Ray the general manager on duty and his honest response won me over to stay, Crystal - our server was above and beyond and out of this world. She shooo away my yucky feeling and we left with a tummy full of flavorful food and a very nice experience for Friday evening. $400 well spent for family of 4 (2 adults and 2 young girls). It would have been perfect if that hostess wasn’t being so rude and condescending however then Ray & Crystal wouldn’t be able to show case their talents at customer service.
