Prices are reasonable and the food is delicious

We saw a hair in our food talk the waitress was rude and sarcastic
It was May 10 my son an daughter-in-law drove two hours
It was very disappointing I don't think we're going back after 15 yrs

I feel like I have to say the positive first.... Great food. Super friendly staff and everyone is smiling. The Mexican sweets/candy they sell in the front was a little . Fish and device always smells fresh! Tables have never been sticky. Okay now for the picky part..... Not the best service in terms of speed and the bathroom really smells like leaking sewage and was never clean anytime I've gone into it.. Not good if you stop there on the way to your seat....

The food is horrible, I ordered a shrimp tostada and it has no flavor at all, the shrimp is put whole with pico de gallo sun, no seasoning, very simple, it seems like they do it on the spur of the moment because I don't think it's fair to spend almost $100 for two people in food without any good taste and bad service.

The worst enchiladas I have ever eaten in my life, some enchiladas with red chili without any flavor...

I really enjoyed the chicken enchilada plate, and both the salsa and horchata were very tasty.

However, I was disappointed with the level of service we received. It took over 10 minutes for us to be approached about our drink orders, and we didn’t receive a simple acknowledgment such as, "We will be right with you." Additionally, we weren’t asked if we wanted refills on our drinks. While the waitress was pleasant, the service lacked attentiveness to our needs.

Given these issues, I’m unsure if I’ll return in the future. I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes that it might help improve the overall customer experience.

Parking: There is parking but there us a Starbucks, and another restaurant all in the same lot.

Super Rico' ? very authentic flavor ??

Great shrimp ceviche! All their food is delicious! When I have to go to Orange County I make it an excuse to go here for lunch!! 07/16/2024 food still is good just a little bit more expensive!
