the chicken and green beans and the chicken and mushrooms. 2small pieces chicken in both dishes. lots of green beans and onion. lots of mushrooms and zucchini. very disappointing. not worth the money. won't be back!!

They always have fresh food and are relatively fast. Sometimes they get overwhelmed with online orders. I've had to wait longer for my online order than the people waiting in line. I just order in the store now.

WORST Service EVER. Asked for Shrimp n steak n the bowl was all shrimp n Veggie one 1 piece of steak. Girl tells me she can only give me 3 Shrimp REALLY Only 3 Shrimp šŸ¤ why is she Not Taking that Big Spoon n Scooping up as much as she can like they do with every other item ??? Would she do that with the other Shrimp dishes ? šŸ¤” NO. See all the Chicken I got I should get Just As Much Shrimp. See my Teriyaki Chicken No Teriyaki Sauce None. Why ? Why don't they give sauce or pour it on Geez Worst Experience Ever...

I stopped by Panda Express in Tustin around 9 PM and I have to say this location sets the bar high!

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and the service was top-notch. One of the staff members, Luis, truly stood out. He wasn’t just friendly, he was incredibly considerate, especially when it came to food portions. It’s a small gesture but it speaks volumes about the care and attention they put into their service.

It’s experiences like this that make me want to keep coming back! Every location should follow this example of excellent customer service..

The worst branch of Panda! The service is extremely bad, and the girls preparing the orders are incredibly rude and arrogant. Their reception is the worst, especially the girl who wears glasses—her attitude towards customers is very arrogant, rude, and extremely discriminatory.

She treats female customers with even more hostility, as I’ve experienced multiple times, along with other women. Her behavior is aggressive, discriminatory, and unprofessional. She doesn’t care about orders, waves her hands dismissively, and acts in a disrespectful manner. Her attitude is terrible, and I don’t think she takes her job seriously.

I do not recommend anyone to visit this branch. The service is zero, and the reception and customer treatment are also zero.

I ordered a family pack with orange chicken, Mushroom, Broccoli, beef, honey, shrimp, and rice and noodle noodles. We got it delivered by DoorDash. It was packed perfect.! And let me tell you it was absolutely delicious so fresh and they give you so much. I definitely will be ordering again. Best I’ve had in over a year.

Food is consistent with other locations, which is the greatest thing about Panda Express. However, the design of the store is poor in that often, customers that are waiting to order line up outside the side door. Also, this location, unlike the on on 17th Street and Tustin, is small, and the staff give priority to online orders instead of those waiting in line. When it is busy, they should have a separate staff handle the online orders, but that would make too much sense.

I ordered online at 2:40, my order was to be ready at 3:20. I come in and they're waiting for green beans. A rush of people comes in and I see orders of green beans going through. Then I see them filling my box with the left overs of green beans, and the box looks 1/4 empty. What the heck!!!
