Rating is just based on service. This was my first time walking in about two hours before closing time with my girlfriend on a Thursday evening. The cafe wasn't busy either. We waited for service at the counter. There was two girls working but non them greeted us or told us anything even after making eye contact. Another customer walked up a few minutes later after behind us and one of girls attended her instead first. So, after few minutes of waiting we just left.I love coming to Old Towne Orange every day when possible. Service very important at any establishment. Now, will I come again? Of course. I haven't tried the food yet.

I went here to meet up with girlfriends for Valentine’s Day (night) and it was cozy and not too busy. Their macarons are amazing- and gluten free ??? definitely coming back for more!

If you can find a parking spot, this place is totally worth it. There are tons of items on the menu that looked appetizing to me, and I went for the tuna sandwich which I still think was a good pic but I wonder if I could have had better. Also, my eyes were bigger than my stomach. The food was significantly larger than I expected and the cup of soup was a bowl size for everyone else.Overall super happy. Very satisfied.

I love coming here to eat the gelatos that they serve almost every day. They come in many flavors and it's really delicious.

I was so pleased to know that they had freshly baked (that day) kouign amanns! The pastry is difficult to find in bakeries so I appreciated the experience. It was larger than I am used to which was a plus, but didn’t have even moisture throughout the layers. Felt dry in some parts and perfectly flaky in others. All in all, the vibes were nice and there was a lot of art. Nice spot!

I love this place.. i live near by and this is my go to spot anytime in the morning.. their food is SuperB.. their bakeries are incomparable.. the environment is good too. However, the service there is bad! Couple of times i asked for a hot cappuccino or latte and it comes colder than expected.. wifi sometimes doesn’t work which is a big deal for me whenever i want to study there!.. and sometimes the orders get mixed up and comes late! It seems that they have shortage in Staff!

the food at Pandora is consistently good. it's a nice location at the circle with lots of seating inside but also several tables outside (that's pet friendly).they have a great menu, a nice selection of tasty pastries and you can even enjoy a glass of wine or a beer. service is nice, it can get really busy but they do well getting the food out quickly!

We ordered an almond croissant, but it was chocolate with almonds on the top...? Good, but not almond.

This place is not getting any better, I asked for coffee and the coffee was cold, so they heat it up. The attendant was very rude.

My previous visits were always great, even when it was super crowded. On my most recent visit, however, it was a bit of a letdown, especially since I was raving about it to a friend from LA. Starting with service, it seemed like everyone was new and not well-trained, though they were polite. Multiple times, the employees would ask and confirm what we ordered, even though we clearly had a table number given by the worker. What's the point of having a table number then if they can't match our order to the number? I smiled through it all, since it's not a major issue. Anyway, it wasn't packed at lunchtime like it used to be, so it wasn't a long wait to get our food. The almond French toast was good but definitely shareable between two people. In the past, I've enjoyed their Crepes. The hot lavender latte was okay but was weak on the lavender notes. Overall, even though my recent visit was not as stellar as previous ones, I'd come back again for another try.

Came here to get some pasteries. However after seeing their pastry display with flies flying inside I ended up ordering a coffee to go. Coffee tasted super burnt while it took so long to get it. One of the worst coffee I have tasted. I should of known after the red flags of their pastry display. Don't recommend here especially there are much better places nearby.

Ah Respect to any place who make their own bread! So called BakeryThis cafe/bakery is located in historic orange circle and the serve the best bread and croissant in town! Their breakfast sandwiches are so yummy! Combination of fresh baked bread in house and their secret sauce with eggs and bacon.... Dream come true in your mouth! Totally recommend them for breakfast and brunch! The other fun fact is that they support local artists and sell their pieces in their store! This spot can be perfect for your Sunday morning!

Updated -01/20/2024Another Year has past and Pandor has already impressed w/ plethora of new gelato flavors and dozens of new confections? The OMG Bars r very numerous now Thank Heavens!...lolEnjoy 2024 and Hope Pandor help make happy memories:))Tiffany & Raffi Sepetjian are serious foodies who love to travel, particularly to France where they have a family. Their true passion revolved around a dream to open an authentic French boulangerie, similar to the ones they had often enjoyed on the streets of Paris. That vision became a plan eight years ago. They named it Pandor, an abbreviation of the French words "pain d'or," meaning golden bread. Currently with three locations in Newport Beach, Old Towne Orange, and Irvine. They say it's all in the name.  The creation of the name Pandor was based on the symbolism of the core values the company was founded; Living by the Golden Rule.  A unique spelling of a phonetic expression of the French term, “Pain d’ Or “meaning Golden Bread.  The name also captured the charm and dedication to the traditional French Artisan baking processes and standards we use daily in the making of all of our products. Most importantly, we felt that the unique spelling allowed us to better serve the needs of the wonderfully diverse culture of Southern California rather than be exclusive in pronunciation to only those that speak French.  Every aspect of Pandor is designed to create an experience that is unique, inclusive, and unforgettable.Truly Truly Amazing #YUMMYHas more award winning items than can count. Fortunately new cuisine creations every day. Best Old Towne has 2 offer ( IMHO).BsafeBhappyBwell ?Highly Recommend?????
