Have been coming here for quite some time but lately it's really gone down hill. Stopped in at 11am a few Sundays ago, i ordered the French Burrito and wifey the tuna melt. We were told they didn't have crepes currently and they were out of tuna melts. What type of French cafe with a whole menu full of crepes is out of crepes? And this is the 3rd or 4th time we've experienced this here. Then after we ordered the Tuna melt, we were told that was also out of stock. We just stopped in now to give this place one last shot, and again, at LUNCH TIME, they were out of Tuna Melts. The food is actually good here, when you can actually order it, but their lack of notifying the customer what is or isn't available just plain sucks. Cross it off the menu or put up a sign letting people know what you don't have so you don't wait in line for 10 minutes only to find out they don't have what you want. Or go to the fucking store and buy cans of tuna. If you're constantly out of something, that should tell you it's popular and you should stock up on it! I know, it's a wild concept.

Lovely selection of pasties and gelato. Primely located in the heart of the Orange Circle. Great spot to grab a coffee and walk around and enjoy all that the circle has to offer. I got the chocolate almond croissant which was very good. Would have been better warmed up. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. A must try if you're ever in Orange Circle.

I've come in here a few times. The first time was to get their lentil soup, because I wanted something to eat that wasn't so heavy. I didn't have high expectations, cause it's just lentil soup. However it was actually really good! It also comes with a baguette. The most recent time I went was yesterday. I went to see if they had some hot cocoa with my friend. After 5/6 they usually stop serving food that has to be made. That's the only thing that bums me out about this place. I ordered the lavender hot cocoa and a creme brule. The lavender hot cocoa is amazing! The cocoa flavor is delicious and the lavender is just right. I enjoyed it, and will definitely order this again. The creme brule was decent. The custard itself could have been a bit more smoother, but not too bad. It had the right amount of custard to burnt sugar ratio. I am curious to try the pistachio one and try the honey lavender latte that one of the male workers suggested. Also Jasmine served us, she was very friendly. I appreciate friendly service. I would definitely continue to come back here.

Pandor is a favorite weekly stop for me. My favorite server Bella always greets with a smile and a friendly word. The food never disappoints. My daughter's favorites are the Rose Macaroons and Gelato. My favorites are the Eggs Benedict and green tea.

The gelato is my favorite, but the bread, pastries, and coffees are amazing too. Staff is super friendly. A definite go-to restaurant with all the local artists on the walls.

Stopped by for the breakfast. The place is great, good food choice, great service and nice ambience. Especially service by Steve as he delivered the food. Not just helping us and tables around us. Will definitely come back again.

We came here for a quick bite. We ordered Matcha Latte, Cafe Mocha and a Pesto Chicken Panini. Matcha Latte tasted like it was from a packaged mix. Cafe Mocha was ok, but would not order again. The Panini tasted fine, but nothing special about the flavors. Overall bland. Would not recommend.

This is the second time I have been to this cafe. I live in Tustin so I always go to that one. And for good reason. Tustin has their act together, this one not so. You don't get greeted in the same friendly manner like Tustin, they always leave the order number on the table and if passing by, they never check to see how the meal is. But most of all this is the SECOND time my order was wrong. If there is a problem with English then repeat what you heard back to the customer. Tustin ALWAYS does this regardless. Not only did I get the wrong order but I ordered a cookie to go. Never thought to look in the bag.......yup wrong one. So when in the Circle I'll go elsewhere

Every time we get back to California to see the family we head over to Pandor at the circle in Orange, either for a full breakfast, which is normally great, whatever we choose, or just to pick up bakery treats like chocolate or almond croissants, which are wonderful. This time I noticed some changes. Plates of food heading out of the kitchen were smaller than before but still looked perfect. I get it, hard times for restaurants, and they used to serve so much food that most people didn't finish their plates. Their order/cashier station had all new equipment, again. I ordered my goodies and when I went to pay I discovered the tip screen started at 15% but did have a custom tip entry. I chose to tip 10% since I wasn't dining in. It should have taken less than a 30 seconds to put 3 croissants in a bag, but not this time. She turned the screen back to her to check the tip then turned her back on me and I saw her crumble the ticket and throw it on the floor. I stood there and waited, and waited, and waited to be served when finally what looked like the manager asked me what I ordered and got it for me. Not good customer service at all. Since when is 15% for carryout the norm? I was wondering why the place wasn't as busy as it normally used to be. Punishing the customers for not tipping big enough?

Wonderful! We came in here yesterday for brunch for my birthday to kick things off. I have an onion aversion (pregnant struggles) and ordered the Mediterranean quiche and it was delicious! The fries were seasoned maybe with salt and oregano? Very good and crispy. Husband ordered the French Toast and it looked beautiful! He said it was awesome, very sweet. Food was out in about 15 minutes and they were super busy, but we still found a table and they were on top of things. Very pleasant experience! We will be back again soon. :)

I had been eager to try Pandor Bakery for quite awhile and when I finally did, I was not disappointed. The service at this bakery is wonderful. Every employee left a smile on my face and was very helpful in assisting me in regards to what I should order for my first visit. They also are quick to bring out your food (which is always a plus). Truly, you don't get service like this anymore! In addition to great service, the food itself was delicious. I ordered the Croque Madame, Chocolate Dome, and an Iced Vietnamese Coffee. The Croque Madame was very flavorful and was quite large in portion. I do want to mention, for me, it was on the slightly greasier side. Nonetheless, this factor didn't take away from the flavors/textures presented overall. If I'm being honest, I'm quite hard to please when it comes to ordering desserts, but this Chocolate Dome, absolutely blew me away. This dessert had a chocolate mousse coated within a beautifully perfected chocolate mirror glaze that stored a crunchy chocolate (and I believe, hazelnut) center. This dessert was delightfully smooth and decadent. Truly, one of the best cakes I have ever had in my life. My only critique regarding the quality of items presented would be the Vietnamese Coffee. It's quite difficult to "nail" the authenticity and flavor of a good Vietnamese coffee. So with that being said, it did lack in quality for me, but, I still appreciated the effort put behind it. Truthfully, this is probably the only item I wouldn't reorder. In conclusion, my experience at Pandor Bakery was nothing but amazing. I can't wait to come back and continue to try their flavorful meals and sublime desserts. Great job!

Was out walking around on Date Night and came upon this little café. The inside has a chill-French vibe with local artist's work hung along the walls. I just wanted a coffee, but their pastries and gelato look fantastic - very Instagram worthy. Decided to branch out with the signature drinks (Pander Classics) rather than a traditional Latte and went with the OMG Latte. This drink is an espresso, brulee'd milk foam with crumbs & caramel. It is definitely a sweetened drink but I would recommend it.
