With 15 minutes to closing I picked up a drink and the restrooms where closed for the night. I should have access all the way to closing. PS I have a 4.5 hour drive to Vegas so being able to use the restrooms was very important and was denied even after asking.

Ordered delivery and received order in adaquet time but my order was not complete. I called Panera and waited forever for them to answer with a rude hello? I confirmed with them that I was talking with Panera since they did not answer that way, proceeded to tell them the sandwich was missing . Did not offer to complete my order. Just a credit for next time. I needed it tonight. I ordered delivery because I was unable to pick it up. Keep your credit and lose a guest and family. I will no longer be calling or visiting here. Rude customer service.

Never really had a horrible experience they do pretty good they never give utensils on to go order though and last time I went they didn’t put my Bacon on my bacon Mac and cheese which I was quite disappointed about

Very expensive!! "Choose 2" menu with a half a sandwich and cup of soup with soda was $20. Didn't expect that. Several people like Starbucks sitting inside using free wifi and probably only buying coffee or soda and taking up seats.

I like this location but the homeless are a problem. They come in and take free drinks but they are dirty and contaminate the self serve coffee and fountain drinks area touching and using old cups. Management please address this issue. Im sorry there homeless but I dont want to get sick or a disease. I really do like panera bread but this is the issue and why I dont go here anymore
I don’t eat bread. So I rarely go. It’s low grade GMO crap.

Fast, friendly and great atmosphere. I order on the app and by the time I'm there, the order is ready for pickup. I eat here during my lunch break and there's always a table. I love how the baguette is fresh and crunchy where other stores I've been too were tough.
