I called to order, they had me waiting more then 20 minutes, I know it gets busy. I order the 3 top pizza but when I went to pick up they got my pizza all messed up and gave me another pizza for free, which is good I don't mind but really.

Ordered med w/3 toppings. Got small with 7 pepperoni in the center, 6 or 7 pieces of sausage & mushrooms. The music was so loud we had to shout to each other. The reason I or my friends will never return is IT WASN'T SLICED! I called them and they were snickering in the back. BAD MANAGEMENT!!

They offer great quality of food and service. Right now, with their Papa Pairings, it's such a great offer. It's hard to have Good and cheap dinner with the cost of living in California, but Papa John's delivers a great deal without compromising the quality and taste.

I was never a big fan of Papa John's and now I know why. I order 2 larger pizza with boneless wings. The 1st large, half just cheese, the other half of that 1st pizza,chesse, peperoni. The 2nd lager, was half peperoni with pineapple, cheese, the other half with was cheese peperoni and jalapeño. Well, they send 2 larger pizza. 1st pizza, half no cheese, just red sauce little peperoni,the other half with cheese and pineapple. The 2nd larger pizza, half cheese, peperoni, the other half cheese, jalapeño no peperoni. Their boneless wings, were CHICKEN FUQING NUGGETS. they still label the CHICKEN NUGGET box, BONELESS WINGS.
Some places just don’t care about the reviews they get and after reading some of the reviews, this is one of them. But I still want to other customers to see how undercooked our pizza was. They definitely need to have someone recalibrate their oven, because they are definitely selling an inferior product.
