Why are there so many employees yet I'm waiting at an empty register after you took the order of the person in front of me

Most of their coffees are very good. My current favorite is the tiramisu which I need to get on a weekly. Hold on parking at this location is a little tight and very limited so you have to find parking on the street to walk to it. Your best bet is to order it on the phone app and just walk up to it and pick it up. If you're able to find parking though, the layout and the atmosphere are pretty cool.

There's lots of room here if you want to hang out. It's usually not an issue. There Mexican coffee is fantastic. I only like it half sweet. It could be a little bit too sweet for those who aren't used to eating a lot of sugar. Otherwise, I highly recommend getting it.

Evidently the ownership hires only people who cannot speak here. I had two door – deliveries to pick up here and not one of the four employees would look me in the eye. When I ask about my deliveries, one employee with an overgrown beard just grinded and pointed. I would never give personal business to this store until they hire customer friendly employees or training the ones they have. Totally pathetic.

20 minute wait for 1 coffee, this is why we shouldn’t tip before service.

I ordered Philz Coffee for delivery and tried the Honey Haze iced coffee with a pistachio croissant. Even delivered, everything was fresh and well-packed. The Honey Haze was smooth, creamy, and lightly sweet with honey, really comforting without being overpowering. The pistachio croissant was flaky and buttery with just the right amount of nutty sweetness.

I was impressed that the quality held up so well through delivery. Definitely a treat I’d order again!

Terrible environment…People treat this place like a home office and hold loud zoom and phone calls for work. It’s so annoying I stopped going. Coffee was fine otherwise.

Inclusive does not mean ‘good’ coffee. Service is good, coffee on the other hand tastes very old. Far cry from many years back. Expansion means a compromise in freshness. Beans taste burnt and soured. Cool place to hang out and do work but just not fresh. If anyone is saying coffee is good they are rating it based on politics alone.

Christians make horrible coffee. Apparently so do coffee shops focused on ‘diversity’.

I’ve had coffee from all over the world and US. This is the worst.

It's been 12 years since I have had my first Philz coffee in San Francisco King St. Except they don't carry the Jamaica Blue mountain, all the other coffee options still have the same taste. Excellent!

I have been visiting this location like my daily routine. The taste of the coffee here is just so unique.

I really wish they could bring the Blue mountain back to the coffee menu, even if it would be $30 a cup.

No espresso. Unwelcoming atmosphere. Political ideology displayed prominently throughout.
