A disappointment! When we arrived, everything seemed fine; the attendant took our order and served our drinks promptly. However, after that, there were few clean tables available; most were filled with dirty dishes, napkins, and glasses. But the worst part was the wait and what we received...we waited for nearly an hour with our drinks almost empty and no explanation. If the pizza had been good, it would have been forgivable, but it came completely burnt underneath, and the filling was minimal.Despite the good ingredients, nothing made up for the burnt crust; it was so dry, unfortunately.I definitely do not recommend it, but I sincerely say that it's not the attendants' fault; they seemed overwhelmed by the rush.

This place is a great place to bring big groups for pizza! The pizza is great, but the parmesan donut-shaped thing is heavenly. Here, they blowtorch their pizzas to perfection, although there is a small burn around the edges of the pizza, it isn’t as noticeable.

I ordered for pickup and it was impossible to get a hold of anyone to ask about our order. Had to chase a waitress in the kitchen to get our food, this was 40 minutes after the time our order was supposed to be ready. Quality is sub par so not worth it in my opinion, but the real issue is the customer service.Update: i just opened my pizza box and the order was also wrong. Also, see photo attached for the condition this pizza came in.

Yesterday was the 3rd time we have stopped and ate pizza are one of our local places, we usually eat and support in our own neighborhood, the first 2 occasions we very good, we were excited about going again, but I am sorry to say that there are still some kinks that need to be addressed with this establishment/ 1) They did not have change for a $100, so no cocktail for me. 2} We ordered 2 pizza's, they came staggered and our salad came about 10 minutes after the pizza. 3) both pizza's we burnt on the bottom, they tasted like cardboard and clearly were not of the quality and quanity of the first two visits. 4} the gentlemen who waited on us saw this and gave us a free pizza to go, but it was just not the same as before...so we think we let them figure these issues we had, maybe it was a bad day, someone did not show up for work, whatever and I get it , but spend $60 plus and not getting satisfied is a problem...My best of luck to this place we really like it, hope they find there way.

This place is great! Service is great and the staff is very friendly. The pizza is so good that my kid does not eat the "kids cheese pizza" but will eat whatever pizza we order (current fav is the brussels sprout & bacon).

I recommend this place if you are looking for some good tasty pizza. This was my second time eating here and it did not disappoint. The only thing that bugged me a little was the food being warm/cool. Other then that it was a great experience. The workers are friendly and the ambiance is nice. The inside gives a little bit of vintage mixed with modern decor. There's also outside patio seating and it's not too far from Disney. (i also recommend adding some oil they provide on the pizza, it's yum)

We had some much fun here tonight! Wonderfully, friendly people ( both employees and patrons)! Great atmosphere! They have a patio for our amazing SoCal evenings and a large, airy indoor space as well. The food was quick and YUMMY! The drink options were plentiful; lots of beer, wine, a seltzer, as well as a full service bar. My family and I will be adding Pitfire into our Fri-yay happy hour rotation!

Love the pizza and the people. The crust is so good, the margarita pizza is my go to.

I really enjoy the "fire singed" pizzas as well as the veggies cooked in the same oven. They have a lot of unique flavor combinations that are delicious. The set up is a little quirky. You order at the bar, as if the bartender wasn't busy enough. Like a lot of quick casual places, if you charge it then they ask for a tip prior to seeing how your visit went. No take backs!! As to tipping on service, there is very little service. The bartender does most everything (I hope they get most of the tip). The only other service is your food being brought to your table. It's up to you to get silverware, plates, napkins, and to-go containers. I know how it works now and that's fine. I am happy to come for the food and to keep the bartender busy serving cocktails beer and wine.

I love this place! The pizza is absolutely delicious and high quality and the atmosphere is fun. Perfect place to grab dinner before a movie at the Cinemark!Parking: Parking can be a challenge in this center, but it's never imposible.

I love the Pitfire in Costa Mesa and was happy to see one open in Orange near my dad's house. The two of us came in on a Tuesday evening and enjoyed Zoe's pepperoni pizza (add mushrooms) and Brussel sprouts. It was the perfect amount of food for us and tasted amazing. This is a very large place, great for groups! We enjoyed the evening on the patio around the fire. I love the cozy atmosphere out there! The employee working at the front was very friendly as well. We will be back soon!
