The order got delivered on time but packages weren’t sealed with tape and instead of Bone in chicken wings I got some salty breaded chicken known as boneless chicken wings, very unsatisfying and would never order delivery again a complete waste of $30

The worst abomination to blight the earth of humanity. I understand they do not pay the employees well, my heart goes out to those who solder on in these trying times. What I do not understand not appreciate is the cruel disregard for someone who just wishes to order a pizza post operation -unable to cook- and to be hung up on, denied and left to hold all for the fact that I needed my address updated that they miss reported.

My cousin put in an order and this girl took her order with an attitude charged her $216 for 8 boxes and we waited for 1 hr never arrived and we called and order was cancelled refunded my money back with no notice and kids were hungry!! Bad customer service I will not order from here anymore!!!

I ordered my pizza for future pick up. when i got the pizza it was obvious it was made hours before. I brought this to there attention but they said that was not the case. when i ordered the pizza online the default crust was some tavern style. i did not notice this as i assumed that it would default to the classic crust. not only was the pizza hours old but not what we wanted at all. i asked them to make me another as my kids would not eat the tavern style old pizza. they did nothing to try and resolve the situation and just charged me for another pizza. i went to pizza hut to get a deal and ended up spending almost $60. nearly double what i usually pay for pizza.
