The worst abomination to blight the earth of humanity. I understand they do not pay the employees well, my heart goes out to those who solder on in these trying times. What I do not understand not appreciate is the cruel disregard for someone who just wishes to order a pizza post operation -unable to cook- and to be hung up on, denied and left to hold all for the fact that I needed my address updated that they miss reported.

My cousin put in an order and this girl took her order with an attitude charged her $216 for 8 boxes and we waited for 1 hr never arrived and we called and order was cancelled refunded my money back with no notice and kids were hungry!! Bad customer service I will not order from here anymore!!!

I ordered my pizza for future pick up. when i got the pizza it was obvious it was made hours before. I brought this to there attention but they said that was not the case. when i ordered the pizza online the default crust was some tavern style. i did not notice this as i assumed that it would default to the classic crust. not only was the pizza hours old but not what we wanted at all. i asked them to make me another as my kids would not eat the tavern style old pizza. they did nothing to try and resolve the situation and just charged me for another pizza. i went to pizza hut to get a deal and ended up spending almost $60. nearly double what i usually pay for pizza.

First, your order system is not updated. Second, they need to hire english speaking people. ? just spent 10 minutes spelling out my street name for her to tell me they don’t deliver when ? literally live on the street behind. Lastly, she made it’s it so frustrating And difficult to place an order with her rude attitude.

I came here on 2/1/2024 at 4:20 pm and waited 10 mins before the the sole employee came to the register. My 5-year-old daughter presented her personal pan pizza coupon she received from school for her monthly reading achievement. The employee said the coupon can only be redeemed "in the mornings" even no such restriction is stated on the coupon. The only requirement in the coupon is it must be redeemed by the student and not any other. What kid is available for a morning pizza especially when the store does not open until 10 am? I've come to this store before but will never return. Shame on this establishment for doing this to a 5-year old!

There customer service wasn't helpful at all for delivery. They kept telling me they didn't deliver to my address which was a lie. I've been 4 years with my address and always ordered from here without any issues. English is very challenging obviously with Manger and staff.I wouldn't recommend Pizza Hut never knew ordering pizza could be so frustrating.
