Vibe was off the moment we walked in with the hostess and waiter . We were a family of “brown people “. They looked and sounded bothered to serve us . Food is way over priced for the quality and bland . would not recommend.

They try to church it up a bit, but everything in this shopping center is low quality. Looks like a half-assed Morton's. The only advantage is that it is close to the stadium and arena.

I would have been a customer, but they denied adding me to the reservation for my sister-in-law’s teaching certificate graduation celebration. So now I question this location’s priorities for sales and customer service and appreciation for educators. I will never eat here. They have permanently lost my business.

Stopped by while waiting for a movie next door. Delightfully surprised. The cheeseburger and string fres were delicious . Definitely a come back place.

Their filet mignon tacos, while expensive, are the best tacos I've ever had anywhere. That's including in Mexico, where I've had some great tacos, and it's not a Mexican restaurant. All the other food was good too - meatballs, sliders, cocktails - but I was not expecting amazing tacos. For that, they're getting 5 stars.

Been going here for years and our server Jason is always super nice and friendly! Me and my grandparents love it here and their food is always out of this world.

Went here with my parents and everything was really good. The French dip is so good here. Got something to go for my wife and I think they overheard us discussing her birthday. When I got home, I saw they gave us a a free dessert. Nice finishing touch to a great dining experience.

My husband and I were excited to celebrate our 51st anniversary and Valentine's Day at Prime Cut, hoping for a really special night. We've always felt comfortable there, receiving top-notch service, but this time was completely different. Maybe we were a bit more sensitive with everything going on in the world, but we've never felt so disrespected.

We sat at the bar and were served by Casey. The couple next to us received amazing service--he was extremely attentive to every need they had--while we had to keep calling for his attention. He mostly ignored us, and when he finally did come over, he looked annoyed. We tried to brush it off, thinking we might be imagining things, but it only got worse.

I ordered a glass of water, and Casey brought me a child's plastic cup with water, saying they were out of glasses--then he quickly turned around and handed two proper glasses to the couple across from us. It felt petty, insulting, and like we were being singled out.

Feeling totally disrespected and uncomfortable, we asked for the bill. Casey rushed us out and even slammed our credit cards on the bar, almost throwing them at us. It was a harsh, hurtful display of disregard.

We left the restaurant deeply hurt and disappointed. Later at home, I kept thinking about that plastic cup of water and even worried he might have tampered with it, putting my health at risk. It made us wonder if his attitude was actually because of a bias against Latin people, which just made the whole experience even more painful.

We urge Prime Cut to re-evaluate their hiring practices and ensure that their staff can work in a diverse environment.

Great place to sit and eat before an Angels or Ducks game

Very good food and service, the place is vibrant but not too noisy. Good for family and casual dinner. One of my favorite places.

I might have had too high of an expectation when it comes to steak diane. I used to enjoy great steak diane in DC, NYC, and London, and I came here expecting that. However, the steak diane that I had here was not so good. I don't know why others think it's so great, but each to their own, I guess. The mashed potatoes were so-so.. Also, no garnish at all? Overall, I'm not sure if the quality, taste, or presentation warrants the $40 price tag.

I was thinking between 2 and 3 stars, but I decided to go with 3 bases on how the steak was perfectly cooked and tender, in addition to the very nice host and server who were both very attentive and professional.

My family ate here on New Year's Eve when I could not get reservations anywhere else.

Service was attentive and friendly.

The food was delicious! The Frito misto appetizer was an excellent start. The pesto dipping sauce worked well with the dish.

My wife and I both ordered the Hangar steak. I had medium rare and she had medium. Both were cooked and seasoned perfectly! The potatoes gratin were rich and creamy. The sauteed spinach with garlic was seasoned and cooked well. My only gripe was that the demi glace and chimuchurri sauces we ordered were cold. Room temp would have been better.

Overall we thought the food and prices were reasonable. We would definitely come back.
