My wife and I stopped by for lunch on a Monday. It was not at all busy so we were seated right away. We ordered legacy fries with garlic Parmesan cheese, harvest salad (arugula and artisan lettuce) and Dan Talk Thai (shrimp and salmon in coconut milk sauce over jasmine rice). Fries were one of the best I've had... crispy with the right amount of garlic and Parmesan cheese. The salad was refreshing with an Indian or Mediterranean spice dressing. The Thai dish was a nice balance of sweet and savory although the Jasmine was cooked a little al dente for our taste. Overall, we had a nice experience and will return to this farm to table restaurant.

The "chef" Jonathan was constantly berating the kitchen and service staff in front of guests. It left my entire party so uncomfortable. This is not hells kitchen and you are not Gordan Ramsey, have some respect for your fellow staff.

Came here on a business event and we all were on the patio! Even with our large group the service was great, neat place, food was excellent, food was timely and served well in our group! The drink selections were also excellent t as far as cocktails, draft beers and more! Alex was an excellent waiter And the place was also clean!

Honestly, the experience at Public legacy was extremely disappointing. We came from out of state and this was going to be my groups night out for a fancy dinner. I ordered the steak and frites. The waiter was fun and joking with us, it seemed great at first. He brought us drinks, but then it took him over half an hour to come back and take our order… we were one of the only tables in the restaurant at the moment. It took a long while to get our food, which made sense because we did come in with a large group; however, when I got my steak it looked good from the outside but upon cutting into it, it was very overcooked. I ordered medium, which is supposed to be a hot pink center… my steak was completely brown, no pink. Waiter checked in, I called it to his attention, and he was quick to tell me he would take care of it. He came back seconds later saying “if you look closely there is a pink hue.” Yeah right. I told him I was disappointed and asked how they categorized steak temperatures and that medium is known as a hot pink center, he responded with an eye roll. Disrespectful. Didn’t even attempt to make things better and avoided talking to me the rest of the night. He even put my bill on another one of my parties tickets without them realizing. I would not recommend, although the outside is pretty!

The food is incredible! We ordered the pork belly risotto and it was better than the lobster risotto at Hell's Kitchen. Also strongly suggest the charcuterie board. We talked to the staff quite a bit - so many things are made in house. Everyone was super genuine. Stellar service. 10/10.
