Food is absolutely amazing…while I wish they brought back some items they’ve had in the past, everything I’ve tried so far is fantastic. Would absolutely recommend to others

It was my first time visiting this restaurant and overall, it was great. Our visit was on a Saturday afternoon and we were promptly seated with no reservation. The ambiance was perfect. I took my child and didn't see a kids' menu, but the host mentioned they served kids' plates with portions that were perfect for my toddler. The food and drinks were delicious. Food portions are large and ideal with the price range. The staff was friendly, and the restrooms were clean. Although we didn't order cocktails, we sat across from the bar and noticed the bartenders making impressive drinks; they seem like skilled mixologists.

This spot is our most fav in OC that checks all the boxes. Delicious eats with new menus every few weeks, the best (best!) service, perfect ambiance and just the right mix of energy (not too loud but not dull). Tonight me and my hubby enjoyed the lamb pasta and an old fav, the tomato addiction. What really tops the cake here though honestly is the team. Alex,Dereck, Stefán, Jordan, Ethan, Kevin (they are that good that we know them and they know us) always make it feel like "Cheers" with the big man Andrew checking in to make sure everything is excellent. This place is all the things you want in an upscale but relaxed local getaway

This place was recommended to me by the bartender at a brewery. Great suggestion. Excellent service, great food, and a wonderful selection of your favorite libations.

You can tell that they really take pride in the creation of their menu and their bar definitely takes pride in making of each drinks. Would recommend to anyone.

Service was superb even though our server was running the place alone. Will be back soon for the lovely atmosphere.

Great service, very cute ambiance , and very very yummy short ribs and fries. Definitely worth checking out if in the area. We had dinner there last night before monster jam.

Fell into this place before a Honda Center concert and was happy for the blind-find. Sat at the streamlined bar. Bartenders are entirely chill as is the tap beer and craft cocktails. A true whisky bar experience sans airs. Enjoyed the NY steak and salty frites which paired well with the whisky/beer chaser. Ambiance is sorta modern speakeasy. Nice option to the "chain" of familiars surrounding it as appears a locally owned find even if it may not be.

The best old fashions.. HANDS DOWN! 2 different kinds- one smoked and one not. The smoked one was out of this world. Decent food but the drinks are where it's at.

Came here for dinner with friends. We tried several appetizers/small plates and a couple of entrees. Overall flavor was lacking for most of the dishes we ordered, but I think everyone was pretty happy with the cocktails they tried.

Did not take food / dietary restrictions seriously. My husband and have been here a couple times, last night was our third and last. I was very clear up front that I have an intolerance to onion and garlic - I explained that it's not an allergy that will kill me, because I don't like being extra difficult and making them clean more when it's not super necessary - but it does make me feel awful. (runny nose, sore throat, bloating... etc) I asked the server about one of the appetizers and she said she'd check - she never reported back and instead placed the order and just had them put the garlic element on the side.... which is Okay but a bit presumptuous. Then I ordered a steak and reiterated again that I cannot have garlic or onion... and I picked the steak because it's the simplest thing in the world to customizes... Kid you not, it came out with literal slices of garlic clove on top!! (Also extra thorn in my side, they wouldn't let me order it medium-rare... only medium OR rare... never in my life have I encountered that.) The waitress was frustratingly timid with a "do you want me to see if I can get you something else?" .... I was hungry and frustrated so I ended up saying no, scraping off the garlic, taking a couple bites, and regretting it because I did indeed end up feeling sick. I was really trying to make it easy.... It's really annoying that they didn't take it seriously. I didn't complain, which I regret - and I wont be going back. To top it off, the table next to us, one of the guests said several times that they couldn't have bread / gluten and asked about a couple things... which the server also just took as permission to order and brought out breaded chicken wings and meatballs made with breadcrumbs..... that patron was also clearly irritated and the server did nothing. You'd think for a rather up-scale restaurant the servers would be better trained. Spent almost $200 for a meal I did not enjoy. Didn't even offer to comp the steak. I do think the interior is very nice, I like the decor. I even like the menu and the drinks were decent, but for the price I expect much better service. Go to Lazy Dog instead, they always take my food intolerances seriously.
