This was my first time at Pur Bowls excited to try something new. As I was going over the menu I felt anxious & pressured due to the fact that Ashley kept staring at me continuously. The bowl was perfect, but Ashley’s costumer service was NOT it.

Terrible service!
I went today and asked the Asian girl at the counter to add mango fruit to my berry bowl. Instead, she started pouring the mango base. I politely told her I only wanted the fruit, and she got visibly upset. She began slamming the refrigerator doors and throwing around the utensils she was using. Extremely rude and unprofessional behavior. I will not be returning. No customer should be treated like that.

The food tastes great, the price not so much! It's 15$ for a small bowl the size of your hand. While eating I saw a cockaroach crawling around the floor 🤮. This place needs a health inspection ASAP!!!!

Pur Bowl is hands-down my favorite spot for acai bowls! I love that you pay based on the size you want and can add as many toppings as you like — no extra charges or complicated pricing. It’s such a great deal, especially with how generous they are with the toppings.
The fruit is always super fresh and flavorful, and the acai base is perfectly smooth, rich, and just the right amount of sweet. You can really taste the quality in every bite. Plus, the staff are always so welcoming and friendly — they create such a great vibe every time I stop by.
If you’re an acai bowl lover or just looking for a healthy, delicious treat, this is the place.

To be honest, this place was not my first option. The only good thing about this place is that it's open late, but the acai bowls weren't that great, and the customer service was even worse. The only nice employee there was this one guy, but I don't even know his name.

Beautiful presentation, but the Açaí has no taste of Acai At all, change your supplier. Employees needs to be trained how to deal with knives, I avoid a lady cut herself, could be a disaster
Bowls are ok. We just go here because they're open late. But I'm reviewing because this is the second time I see them have the buckets of acai, or pur coco out on the counter. So tonight I asked the attendant to switch it because he gave me pur coco melted. He switched it, but again it was from the one on the counter. Why is it on the counter not in the freezer?! He also seemed bothered when I asked him to switch it. The only thing they serve are frozen treats, why are they not frozen?! If only Blue Bowl were open later...

Came in to Nguyen’s Kitchen and they share an open door space with Pur Bowls. I walked over to check them out and couldn’t leave without trying their Amazon Acai Bowl. The person working the counter was Ashley. She was super courteous, kind and outgoing. Loved my experience here! Would definitely recommend. They have seating as well as parking available and it’s wheelchair friendly!

placed an order for two bowls and only received one. great. i’m out -$30 for just one bowl with barely any of the toppings i asked for. love that for me.
