We were on a university tour, and had taco salad and burrito bowls. All very tasty, and made to order. Fast, but fresh, I think. My daughter did have a bit of tummy trouble later, but don't think it was from here! Everything looked very clean and modern.
Foods pretty good, but a little limited if you can't have meat. service wasn't great, I got skipped, and it took a long time for my food to actually get to me, but I'm assuming this isn't a common occurrence. I also find it can be a little pricey.
So happy I found a Qdoba in the Orange County area. The food is here is great! Much better option for Mexican food then Chipotle. For those looking to find the location, it is inside the food court/student center on the Chapman University Campus, so you have to walk to the front of the building to enter, but it is definitely there!
