This place usually has a line, but if you go early enough of during off peak hours you'll be served quickly and efficiently.
The staff are always friendly and the quality of the food is very consistent.
My wife picked up the vegan yasai ramen which is a ginger mushroom broth base, while I ordered the standard spicy tonkotsu.

Ramen Mura in Orange, CA, is my favorite place for its rich, flavorful ramen, especially the Black Ramen with pork broth and black garlic oil. Their cozy atmosphere, and diverse menu, including sushi and customizable combos, make it a great spot for a satisfying meal.
It can get a little busy during lunch time, beware and plan accordingly, waiting times can vary and perhaps a bit longer than usual. Specially if you have limited time for a break.

Highlights: Great sushi, well priced

Ramen: don't be fooled by the picture while it looks pretty good the ramen it was quite a disappointment. Broth was bland and way too milky tasted like the season packets the ramen was supposed to be a little spicy but It didn't feel or tasted spicy, noodles were not handmade or tasted great almost tasted like top ramen noodles not soft pretty firm, pork belly was overcooked not tender at all and not seasoned well...
