Been coming to this restaurant for at least 30 + years, used to be called don Joseβs. Regardless of any name change the food is 10/10, the staff is outstanding, not gunna lie it could 100% use a full makeover outside and inside but the food is so good it doesnβt even matter. If youβre looking for great portions, great prices and an overall great experience this is your spot!

Our favorite Mexican restaurant! And I live in Arizona now!
Since closing the Fullerton location and the Anaheim Hills location is closed for remodeling, we thought we'd try the Orange location. Very nice. Had great service and always great food! Had reservations so no wait.

Been going here since I was a child now and adult with my own family. Over 30 years. Love it and we go often. Food is decently good. Sometimes it can be hit or miss for freshness. Most staff are very friendly, only one lady always rushes us every time checking on us 20x so she can check out so we ask to not be waitresses by her when we go. Always different managers, few left from original staff. Atmosphere is good, food prices have increased. Alcohol drinks aren't very good, never get a buzz. It is a good to for us as a family with kiddos as it is never busy, quick in and out. It will always be my favorite spot, we still call it Don Jose lol.

Service was a bit off that day, but I think it was overcrowded, and maybe they were not prepared!!

I have been coming here for around 8 years occasionally with family but tonight was probably the worst case of an unwanted experience in a diner that I've ever had. To put it shortly if you canβt control your child's actions and are unwilling to try and correct them, leave them at home. and the diner staff need to understand that no one wants to deal with multiple children shrieking, screaming, crying and running around the building unattended. I came here to eat with family, not attend a daycare.

Excellent meal every time we have been.
Over 20 years now.
enjoyed a leisurely late lunch. food was very good on the lunch express 10:00a- 4:00p.
Pricing higher on tostada. The small one was 6.99 and 7.99. Now one prive $10.99.
