Original Fish Tacos as good as ever!
Tuesdays they're half priced.
I’m not one to leave negative reviews but this one definitely deserves it. After waiting over 30 minutes for our food and everyone that order after us getting their food before. Mind you the manager and another server passing by our table numerous times and just looked at us and our number but never thought about our missing food. I decided to go ask for the status on our food and the manager Adriana literally said they “FORGOT” our ticket but would get it to us immediately. I strictly told her do not bring us cold food. And what do they do? Our food wasn’t even warm to say the least. Took our food back and asked for my money back Adriana said she could not refund my tip. And sure enough she didn’t. Terrible service at this place not sure how they stay in business. I definitely do NOT recommend this place.
Great food. Employee didn't acknowledge anyone she helped. Never smiled. Kept busy but looked like she didn't want to be there.
Place is clean. Customer service is relatively ok. Employees seem a little rushed. Lacking some ingredients compare to other Rubios locations.
Soggy flavorless fish tacos. They used to be awesome.
It was great. However, I told the lady at least 5 times that I wanted keto tacos. She said any taco I order can be keto so I told her I wanted the gourmet steak, after saying it must be keto, and unfortunately she did not put it as keto. The tacos were great but I had wished they were keto.
Good for and great service

Customer Service was mid. The price of the food was not worth my diarrhea.

your employees don’t let customers use the restroom at their own pace.
they’re rude and they lied about people complaining and there being a line because there was no one outside besides the worker who was continuously knocking on the door to come in even though it was occupied.

My friend and I stopped by this place for a quick bite before our late evening movie at the outlets. It’s got a typical chain restaurant vibe, but the staff were friendly and accommodating, even though we were close to closing time.
We ordered the cilantro lime quinoa bowl with blackened salmon and the grilled veggie California bowl. The salmon was perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. The hot sauce added a nice kick to both dishes.
Overall, it’s a convenient option for a healthy, flavorful meal if you’re in the area! Would definitely stop by again.

The salsa bar was not working, plenty of take out orders during my lunch time visiting the restaurant. I love the original fish tacos,as well as the Mahi Mahi and shrimp. You can never go wrong with these tacos. It is always a pleasure visiting this place when craving fish tacos.

Worst salad I've ever had. It was 90% iceberg lettuce.
One of the few Rubio's still around.

It’s at the heart of the Plaza, at orange outlets. Nice place, although somehow crowded. The taste was fine.
