This was the worst restaurant I've ever been to. No stars. We had a 5:45 reservation and arrived on time. We were shown to our table and did not see a server until 6:00. Waters came at 6:15 and a beer and a white claw cake at 6:25. We promptly placed our order- we could see how this was going. At 7:20 we walked out. Food never arrived. When we asked our server for the bill and explained that we would be leaving she wanted to charge us for the food we never got! Unbelievably slow server who was so rude. Manager came and apologized and asked us how the food was. Sir, we NEVER GOT IT! Look at the empty table. Kudos to him for offering us a gift card but no thank you. We will not be back. Horrible experience! One star only because zero wasn't an option.

We were excited to book this place after we had gone to take family photos. We stood in line after having a reservation for over 20 minutes. We had to go find somebody who then finally set us down. We waited another 20 minutes to get served to get water brought to our table no waiter our waitress ever came over so we literally left and went to another restaurant. This was extremely disappointing. What a beautiful restaurant and an opportunity to serve nine people, but literally there was no service.

Service Attemdant was helpful and pleasant in suggesting menu choices. Meal was overpriced. Appetizer was served barely warm (Brussel Sprouts with glaze). Prime Rib was ordered. Also served barely warm, no flavor and chewy. Ordered salad, not served ahead of entree as requested. but with meal. Waste of money. Drinks were never refilled until meal was over. Dessert brought for Birthday, nice surprise. Overall, will probably not return.

Not enough staff it took our waitress a long time to bring food refills and check at the end. Steak were cooked to much and were tough. The waitress was very nice, she was aware of the wait time. She was working hard and not her fault the place was under staffed.

My hubby wanted a birthday steak and picked Saddle Ranch for its vibe. He wasn't disappointed. We had a great meal that was delicious and everything was on point. From his New York steak to my rack of ribs to my son's ribeye we had no complaints. The ribs were fall off the bone tender. Aside from the food, the service was exceptional. Thanks to Casey who took care of us, had suggestions for us first timers and made our experience fantastic. We'll be back!

Wedge salad great! Ribeye and chicken both overcooked. Mashed potatoes great, side veggies meh. Edamame was really good. Never did get corn bread. Salad served at same time as meal...never a plus. Overall....one and done. A+ for atmosphere though.

Great place to have a good time and relax with friends. Service is quick and friendly. Food was okay —nothing to brag about. The ribs were the best and they were okay. The muffins are good and the kids had cotton candy at the end which made it so much FUN!

Our waitress was excellent. They had a couple of Baseball games on as well as Music Videos, with the music playing over the speakers, but not to a level where you couldn't talk. The food was excellent and very affordable for a Steak House. I would highly recommend for a celebration event, or a nice evening out.
