Not enough staff it took our waitress a long time to bring food refills and check at the end. Steak were cooked to much and were tough. The waitress was very nice, she was aware of the wait time. She was working hard and not her fault the place was under staffed.
Great lunch of good American fare! Good choices available and of good value. Heydi, our waitress was very kind and accommodating with our group and baby. Overall, a good experience.
My hubby wanted a birthday steak and picked Saddle Ranch for its vibe. He wasn't disappointed. We had a great meal that was delicious and everything was on point. From his New York steak to my rack of ribs to my son's ribeye we had no complaints. The ribs were fall off the bone tender. Aside from the food, the service was exceptional. Thanks to Casey who took care of us, had suggestions for us first timers and made our experience fantastic. We'll be back!
