If you are looking for good Vietnamese food in Orange County Saiga is definitely worth visiting. Their pho has a light but flavourful broth and the noodles are always cooked just right. I also appreciate the fresh herbs and lime that come with the dish. It feels like a comforting and authentic meal every time
Saiga Vietnamese Eatery offers a great balance of quality and value. The grilled pork rice plate was very tasty and the portion was generous. Everything tasted fresh and well prepared. It is a nice place to enjoy Vietnamese comfort food in Orange County

Ordered a tropical slushie (strawberry coconut and pineapple?), a chicken salad and pork garlic noodles
Food was on point - seasoning of everything, including dressing, noodles, etc was perfect! Not too salty and not too underseasoned
