Our party arrived for a 6:30 reservation at 6:20 and was seated by 6:30 in the patio. It took a bit to be greeted by our server but not excessive. Once our order was taken it took 56 minutes for all to be served which was horribly unacceptable. During our wait, our server never let us know of any particular delay and I had to Inquire why its taken nearly a hour to be served. As it was my birthday, our server mentioned she would bring a desert which she ended up forgetting. I have frequented the Livermore and Walnut Creek restaurants at prime time but have never received such poor service . I will definitely think twice before returning to this restaurant.
Absolutely fabulous! I had the &oz sirloin with garlic mashed potatoes and green beans. My husband had the pulled pork sandwich with Mac and cheese. We will be back! Every bite was unforgettable.
Unfortunately we were sat in the sun when the restaurant was empty. We had expressed our concerns and requested another table however were denied and they said they would put the shaded down however the angle of them had no effect. Service was also poor with the waitress never checking in.
We sat outside because the noise inside was just too much. When the term "energetic" for the noise is used, that really states the case. As for the food, we shared the three-meat sampler, and it was superb. I had been looking for a good smoked brisket for a while and finally found one. My wife loved the burnt ends, and the chicken was fantastic. With cornbread and Cajun rice, our meal was too much for the two of us to finish, and we had to take about half of it home. I just had some for lunch, almost as good as last night as a sandwich. Our server was a delight. We were there on a Tuesday, she was the bartender covering the outside, and gave us superb service. Not only was she timely, but she knew the menu and sauces from experience. Overall, it was a great night out and definitely a place to visit again in the near future.
Delicious and fun restaurant! We had a great experience. The servers were all so nice. The food was really great. The fancy bourbon selection was amazing. And the axe throwing activity was so cool. The man who tends to it is very helpful to teach people how to throw an axe.
Hi. We came on a weekday night and sat in the outdoor patio. Service was slow and inattentive, almost like nobody was assigned the table. It took almost an hour to get our food from when we were seated and they were not busy. Food was good, but not excellent. We had the burnt ends and were very disappointed. Drinks were good!
We sat outside and it was great. I love the decor. The service was wonderful. They were helpful and very friendly. The food was delicious. I really like the Mac and cheese side. The house bbq sauces are super delicious.
Horrible experience! Ran out of tri-tip at 2:30pm on Father's Day, service was awful, food is overpriced for what you get. We won't be back!
Tasty food. Lots of BBQ choices. Pleasant and helpful staff. Chicken very dry. Brisket good, but fatty. Ribs difficult to cut with utensils supplied. Instead, my dinner guest used his Swiss Army knife. Wait staff quickly brought us steak knives when we thought to ask for them. Other food items good. We'll likely return
They were able to seat us earlier than our reservation which was great. Took a bit of time to get the server to take our drink order and getting our drinks took even longer. We were waiting on the rest of our party but it seemed the server disappeared all together. Placed our order and it took a bit of time which is expected given we were a large party, but not refills were offered, not even water nor was there in any check in to make sure everything was good. Once the plates were cleared, our checks were given and we were all but swept out the door. It wasn't terrible but just kind of odd.

Horrible! We had reservations and will never go again. No exaggeration....It took nearly an hour to get 2 drinks and an app. it took 1.5 hours to get main courses. In nearly 2 hours we could only get 2 cocktail drinks (one each) because the “bar was so busy and backed up”. The same excuse was used for the delay of the main courses, but upon arrival the meat came out barely luke warm. It was not just our table, as everyone around us was having the same problems. Several tables got up and left. Server was nice, and not her fault, but management should be ashamed (and probably replaced).
OK service, terrible quality meat. I feel like they don't marinate or put rubs on any of their meat as well. Their glaze isn't flavorful either. Overall I think their only plus side is their value. It fills you up without hurting your wallet by sacrificing flavor and quality of their meat.
Quality has gone down with the food. My chili had more pieces of fat than meat. The drinks were weak and some food just was tasting like it came out of a can ie the mac and "cheese". This is my 3rd time here and will be the last.
Everything was great, the tacos, the fries, the sliders, and the wings! awesome place to eat!
First time here and was very impressed. The food was delicious. The service was great. I wasn't impressed with the margarita. I'll have to maybe give it a second chance was very weak tasting water down, but the beer was very good. It was on their rotating tap menu. I will definitely give this place another try when I'm in the area. I was there for a ducks game and met some family there and I believe they were just as impressed as I was.
