Pho broth is good. Great options, even the big beef ribs option & a filet mignon option.
Spring rolls are a must. You have to try them.
The chicken bites are good.
The shaken beef, garlic noodles with filet mignon cubes.
Free tapioca dessert.
Accidentally left my phone there one night and the bus boy that cleaned our table put it in a drawer until I came back and picked it up the next day.
Simply Pho Noodle house was fantastic! The food was pretty good portions and came out fast. Customer service was great even though they were pretty busy. I would recommend eating here. The dinner even came with a complimentary tapioca pudding dessert.
Another solid pho place in OC. Their portions are good and price is pretty affordable I got an XL for $17
Ordered takeout, a combo and brisket pho. Order was available promptly. But it was the most disappointing pho I’ve ever had. Broth and noodles were ok, but the meat was a disappointment. The round eye steak slices came precooked?? And it was extremely overcooked at that. All of the meat in both bowls were over cooked, tough, and dry. And the quantity of meat was on the low side.
Update on Pho Noodle House:
As usual, the food was superb. The Pho is top notch and the fried tofu was delicious.
Unfortunately the service ruined the experience. No greeting for a few minutes of waiting at the front, even though many tables were available. Our drinks never made it to us, even though the table next to us got their Thai iced teas and they came in after us. Our waiter (bluish gray hair guy) was disinterested and never came to check on us. After we finished, he never came to give us our check. I looked right at him and waved and he just walked right by. Odd, since we've always had friendly and helpful service here. Food is 5 stars, service is 1 star unfortunately.
This is our go to Pho restaurant in the Santa Ana area. Very clean and modern place to eat with exceptionally helpful service. The pho broth is delicious along with the garlic noodles. So many good things on the menu, you really cannot go wrong with anything you pick. With Covid, pick up orders are the best way to get your food. Very short wait time and the food is just as good. Funny though, they don't take your name when you call in your order and you have to ask when your order will be ready. No problem though, just remember what you ordered when you go to pick up your food. Highly recommend for a reasonably priced lunch or dinner.
First time here and it was delicious! I ordered number 2. I forgot the name but it was so delicious! It’s so smooth and not greasy. The meat was so soft. Highly recommend it.
Great food and service!!!
Very good food. The bahn mi was delicious and affordable.
My wife and I have eaten here for five years. The food is ok but my wife watched one the employees fill two cups with ice using his hand, and not the scooper that was in the bucket. They also pre -fill all their glasses of water, and line them up. Then they lay dirty trays on top of the cups of water and make 3 layers of full cups of water with trays(which are dirty on the bottom of the trays,- and they are touching the top of the glass edge where we put our mouth). They then add the ice out of a bucket(one guy using his hands to scoop)to your warm tap water that has been sitting for hours. They also used a dirty rag to clean the tables and bad service and got the order wrong. We won’t be back for a while. The older lady who works there is nice and clean. The younger peole have attitude and are dirty
Had the steak pho was very good probably will try the garlic noodles next time. I live in the high desert. Feel like every pho place is different which is a good thing. But can't go wrong especially with this weather.

Great pho, broth was flavorful. The grilled pork was tasty. Restaurant was full on a Monday night, which is a good indication of it’s popularity. They even handed out a free dessert (mung bean tapioca soup).
THEIR PHO IS DELICIOUS (sadly I have no pictures of their pho :( )BUT I LIKE THEIR DRINKS TOO THEIR SOOO PRETTY
The combo over vermicelli was just average, pork did taste like much.
Friends having the Pho also mentioned lack of much flavor in the stock.
I’ve been a loyal customer of Simply Pho Noodles for a long time, but my recent experience left me completely disappointed. I ordered two XL pho bowls expecting the usual portions, but what I got was shocking—barely any noodles or meat! The portion size was so small it felt like I ordered a kid’s meal instead of an XL.
To make matters worse, I asked for some hot sauce on the side, only to be told it would cost $6. I was floored. All I wanted was a single side, and they refused to budge, saying the $6 charge was non-negotiable. I’ve never had such an absurd experience over something as simple as a condiment.
This is not the quality or service I’ve come to expect from this place. It’s disappointing to see them cutting corners and overcharging for basics.
Nice and delicious
